Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti nel castello di Rafael e Anna. Camera piccola ma pulita e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Solo il box doccia era molto stretto, ma ci siamo semplicemente adattati. Asciugamani freschi e pulizia della camera tutti i giorni. Ho apprezzato la cucina di Anna 2 volte. Menu semplice ma di buon gusto

Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.

First time visiting this resort and hotel. Couldn’t find at first due to being tucked behind shops. Basic facilities and accommodation. Recommendations that might be useful for the following: - Better furnishing - Showers instead of baths - Security guard at night - Shelving in bathroom - Less clutter in the lounge re just one coffee table - Having a information brochure - More attentive reception staff On a plus point, the cleaners work tirelessly hard as we only ever saw 3 cleaners for the 50 apartments. Pool area and gardens exceptionally clean. Sent a request via email for upper floor which was honoured. Unfortunately our patio door decided not to lock no more but seems to be a common error in the complex. Free Wi-Fi and air con good. Would come back again after hearing good recommendations (another family have been coming back here every year for 21 years). Would recommend and defiantly visit again. Cala Galdana is a very quiet resort and the beach is beautiful. Hotel in centrally located and has amenities close by.

All’inizio sembra di entrare in un magico giardino incantato, prato e aiuole colorate, palme ed edera rampicante sulle pareti; poi inizi a notare la muffa, le crepe nei balconi, e le pareti scrostate… entri in camera e la puzza di muffa e di chiuso ti assale, a volte a sorpresa, anche qualche ventata di fogna. Internet è inesistente, il Wi-Fi non funziona e non c’è campo praticamente da nessuna parte. Nelle camere c’è un’umidità pazzesca, entra nelle ossa, e un soggiorno prolungato è impossibile da sostenere in un luogo così malsano; infatti al terzo giorno abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma le nuove stanze proposte erano anche peggio… in generale più si sale di piano meno si sente l’umido, ma aumenta l’odore di fogna che probabilmente è dovuto anche alla muffa anche nei condotti di areazione. L’aria condizionata funziona appena, Pedro è venuta a ripararla, ma non è cambiato molto. Povero Pedro. Oltre alla puzza di chiuso e di umido, vi sono crepe ovunque, sui muri esterni, interni e balconi; alcune piastrelle rotte, la maniglia del bagno che si stacca... La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, la cucina non viene toccata, così come il tavolo, il tavolino, i comodini e nemmeno la doccia. Spazzano solo sommariamente per terra. In stanza, il primo giorno, siamo stati tormentati dai mosconi. Molte cose sono traballanti e sembrano stare in piedi per miracolo, tipo il tavolino e i corrimani delle scale. L’unico bar dell’hotel, davanti alla piscina, è quasi del tutto sfornito e ha orari di difficile comprensione. Per fortuna c’è un mini, veramente mini, market a fianco alla struttura, che salva il pranzo, perché il ristorante dell’hotel è chiuso, aperto solo a cena, ma non abbiamo osato provare. Il servizio Navetta è disponibile solo 6 volte al giorno, ad orari fissi e solo su prenotazione; con un massimo di 8 persone a corsa. Se sono piene, farai una piacevole passeggiata di 30m a piedi sotto il sole, perché le piscine non sono particolarmente invitati: i lettini della piscina sono sporchi, improponibili e con macchie di escrementi di uccello, o forse di galline, perché corrono libere tra un edificio e l’altro. La Tv non funziona, lo scarico è lento, il divano è bucato, il parquet sfondato. Non c’è il caffè espresso, nemmeno a colazione, ma medaglia al valore per la tipa che fa le omelette ogni mattina dalle 8 alle 11, e anche a Pedro. Lavorare qui, così come soggiornarci, è veramente difficile. Per sbaglio oltretutto, siamo saliti al secondo piano della hall e abbiamo visto una sala da colazione disabitata con macchie ovunque sul pavimento e sui tavoli. Allego foto.

Il servizio e l'assistenza del personale è eccellente; sicuramente mantengono un alto livello di qualità e di cura dei loro clienti. Le strutture molto corrette e complete per godere di soggiorno in hotel e buona pranzo (in varietà e qualità) del buffet.

Il più rilassante vacanza che abbiamo avuto da così tanto tempo. Questo tranquillo resort ha solo due hotel. L'hotel Tirant Playa è composto da un alloggio di soli due livelli, tutti gli appartamenti con splendide viste sull'entrata con il sole splendente al giorno e la sera con una bella lucentezza sulle colline. La spiaggia è un piacere con una lunga sezione di acqua dolce e se si cammina intorno all'ingresso si vedranno torte che si sbarcano nel sole. Intorno al nostro bel appartamento, c'è una grande piscina, con un ristorante pulito, con bevande e cibo e con un bel personale. Allo stesso modo, il personale della reception era li' per aiutare con tutte le richieste, ci sentiamo rilassati e curati. E infine, non meno importante, le nostre camere erano immacolate con asciugamani freschi ogni giorno; anche le belle asciugamani di spiaggia fornite sulla cucina erano ben dotate di una nuova microonde e un forno; c'erano carichi di spazio per i prodotti della cucina, Tut è a 30/40 minuti a piedi a Fornells, una piccola città portuale con ristoranti magnifici e vi è un servizio di autobus in tempo se si desidera visitare le grandi città dell'isola. Assolutamente amato TRH Tirant Playa e non possiamo aspettare di tornare.
