É stata un’esperienza veramente bellissima! Il personale gentilissimo, il posto la fine del mondo. L’accoglienza e il servizio impeccabile. Avevamo due cani e anche se l’albergo si trova discosta dai centri abitati si sono fatti carico di farci trovare ogni giorno anche i pasti per loro. La zona è natura e silenzio. Quello che ci vuole per scendere dal mondo una settimana.

La struttura di per sè è molto bella; una masseria completamente ristrutturata. Abbiamo scelto la struttura per passare qualche giorno tranquillo dopo essere stati in zone più animate dell'isola. Purtroppo la camera assegnataci era in una pessima posizione; infatti trovandosi nel piazzale del ristorante non consente alcuna privacy ed è molto rumorosa. C'è rumore la mattina per il personale che prepara la colazione. successivamente per i clienti che vanno a colazione, la sera per la preparazion (molto rumorosa) dei tavoli del ristorante e per tutta la serata fino a circa le 00.45 per gli avventori del ristorante e successivamente per il personale del ristorante. E' praticamente impossibile mantenere finestre o porta finestra aperta perché si perde la propria privacy e si è nel pieno del traffico dei clienti. Ci siamo lamentati subito all'arrivo e solo il giorno successivo la sera ci hanno detto che non c'era alcuna possibilità di cambio camera, che si scusavano e ci offrivano una bottiglia di vino e un buono sconto per la prossima volta (che non ci sarà mai ovviamente). Abbiamo rifiutato entrambi. Penso che il cliente dovrebbe essere avvisato del fatto che la stanza si rivela molto rumorosa consideranto che i quasi 500 Euro a notte non sono pochi. Per quanto concerne i servizi, quello relativo alla colazione è basico ma anche male organizzato. Nonostante la colazione si disponibile dalle7.30, alle 8.15 il buffet non è ancora preparato. A presidio del servizio c'è una sola persona che fa multiple attività. Alcuni prodotti vengono cucinati "on demand" in cucina. Ho chiesto uova con bacon e mi hanno detto di non avere il bacon; ho chiesto allora del prosciutto crudo e mi hanno detto di non averne. Fare colazione con il salame e soppressata è challenging. L'offerta celiaci è quasi inesistente. I servizi di ristorazione sono male organizzati. Da ultimo le auto vengono parcheggiate in un piazzale al sole dove non esiste alcun tipo di copertura

This is our sort of hotel. Small, discrete, unpretentious and no flashy ‘bells and whistles’. If you are looking for a buzz, cocktail bars, full on spa, many restaurants etc then this is not the place for you. Hotel is tastefully decorated and restored and you really feel part of the countryside. Our room (no1) was delightful, tastefully decorated, with lovely outside garden; the only comment being that the entrance v close to outside diners. So noise might be an issue in some of the rooms if busy outside eating late at night in the courtyard. We loved the simple restaurant and limited menu, focusing on local ingredients and grilled food. So much nicer than some of the flashier offers from nearby hotels Lovely and helpful small staff, who looked after us very well. On our last night we had an issue of noise from the air conditioning unit in our room, so they simply moved us to a better available room without us even asking. Our only small suggestions: please not to leave the laundry trolley sitting outside the hotel for most of the day!!. A distinct eyesore in an otherwise beautiful and considered setting. And umbrellas and beds by the pool are immovable so there were periods where no shade, so we had to sit indoors. Small points which i hope they address. Hotel is paired with the nearby Santa Ponsa which does have spa and bigger gardens and more formal restaurant if you want that…

Friendly service but very inattentive. Had sirloin steak ordered medium, arrived rare and not even warm. The quality of the sirloin, which I believe was not Sirloin, was not what you would expect from a Relais Château gastronomy. It was chewy although good in taste. The sauces served came directly out of the jar so the mustard sauce. The fried Potatoes had an bland and industrial taste and were not crisp at all. I don’t know what happened to this place. Last year we had an exceptional lunch there and were not disappointed at all. Not this time, unfortunately.

Overall we had a good stay at Torre Vella. It is a lovely property - feels like a truly remote farmhouse with a lovely pool area, delicious breakfast and dinner as well as great additional extras such as free yoga every morning which was super. Unfortunately there were just a few things that could be improved to make our stay better. 1) Sunset drinks - we were really keen to join this but at 38 Euros a person, it didn't seem worth it given I am pregnant to attend as it was all drinks focussed. We shared this and asked if there was anything they could do about it and they answer was a simple no which was really disappointing and a bit of a shame. 2) Breakfast - offering was quite limited - more fresh fruit needed and need to provide 2 x eggs vs 1 as part of the hot food offering which also made it not a very relaxing experience when you are half waiting for your eggs, half wanting to make your toast etc. 3) I was served undercooked monkfish and when I raised this with the restaurant, it wasn't handled hugely well (despite sharing that I am pregnant hence the concern) - no discount or free pudding etc. was offered to make up for it. Overall - we enjoyed it, but we didn't leave with a warm feeling and I don't think we would return.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Absolutely gorgeous and serene property. Fresh air and peace and tranquility. The room was expertly designed. Modern, simple, chic. We loved everything. The staff were superb. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

This hotel is still in its infancy but we’ve given it top marks because of the location, facilities, rooms and service. The rooms are top quality where you can rest and chill out in the very hot Menorcan summer. The design of the hotel and its recent renovation are second to none. As it begins to settle down there is a need to revisit the dinner menu which is too limited and to fix the WIFi which is not relable. Phil

Central Menorca is beautiful but there's not a lot there; Torre Vella is therefore in a very peaceful spot with good cycling. the rooms were well appointed, good bathrooms, appreciated the bottle of rose. The staff at breakfast were attentive, and paid attention to cleanliness. the sunset experience is quite special, I loved its rustic nature and the views over the sea; it's great that it is a reasonable walk, and the seating so in character. only complaint is that the aircon was broken throughout and no-one apologised, although they did provide 2 good fans. I recognise it was beyond their control but its unusual not to address this more quickly at this level of hotel.

Visite en avril 2024 en couple. Les chambres sont spatieuses dans cet AgroTourismo. Calme, en plein milieu de la campagne minorquaise. Les chambres sont décorés avec gout. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai plus. Varié, copieux. A noter une terrasse extérieure pour le petit déjeuner mais que nous n'avons pas testé, le temps était frais. La réception est de très bon conseil.
