Read about this boutique chic property At TripAdvisor and then right from answering my queries on WhatsApp whilst planning my stay, the manager Omer Sen guiding me for the ideal room, I felt there was everything right about this hotel. Upon reaching closer to the hotel in Alacati they sent the bell boy to guide us to the parking, the check in was super fast and yes the lady at reception (apologies missed her name) was very supportive all through - thank you madam. The room, we booked a family suite located on the ground floor, this block is 150 years old and I was amazed how both the rooms in our suite and the washroom were preserved and just made super chic.. every single item was well thought of in detail. The TV set looked a bit dated but we hardly used it. The bed and pillows were of good quality. The breakfast area / garden was outdoors very beautifully done, the pool was super chic and they had a hot pool also. The breakfast was Turkish style ie on the table.. each and every item was just so fresh the jams, fruits, breads, variety of cheese etc this was wonderful - thank you. We being vegetarians there was limited variety to try the dinner resto. The service was fabulous, house keeping, reception, restaurant etc and the owners ensured to ask for our comfort and feedback thank you. The big negative was not for the hotel but just that our suite being on the ground floor had a restaurant playing live music until late night which hindered our sleep until 1am and also lot of people passing through the by-lane through the night was a bit disturbing. Apart from which we had a wonderful stay at the Viento Alacati - thanks team Viento.
