As a VIP tier holder, i’ve been to various Radisson Hotel Chain. I can say that i was disappointed this time due to below reason. 1. At least deploy one English speaker in every shift. The front desk were unable to understand my request during check-in, they gave me WhatsApp number to tell what are my inquiries or request. 2. Poor lighting. At the hallway of the 1st floor. Its so dark even though its so sunny outside. How much more during night, you cannot imagine. 3. Hallways are full of litters and used utensils. Poor quality and torn carpets. 4. Room. They only have 2 pillows. I requested for an extra. Never came. They dont have pen and paper at the room too. I requested for a flat iron, arrived the next day . 5. Food is yummy though. 6. No personalized service. Other chain, they will greet you personally once they see you and recognized as a VIP tier holder. Should have booked the nearby Raddison instead
