Excellent facilities, good for family. The breakfast can improve as some of the item such bread and bakery were clearly old.

It was one of the worse experience i ever pass, dirty nosy no respect, pool dirty,food i ordered i get it in plastic plates, we couldn't sleep, the staff are normal, bedroom not clean, air-conditioning too much noise like u sleep outside, bathroom and toilet very dirty, bed i couldn't sleep on it, room service very expensive and i get they food like delivery food in bag,

The stay was not as expected The hotel facilities is old and looks like never maintained before The beach area is abandoned Looks like horror movie Overall the hotel is old Not as expected . with the paid amount you can find better hotel

This Hotel Radisson Blu Resort, Al Khobar Half Moon Bay Is the most dirty Resort i have ever been The staff also are very rude starring from the Director to the trolly man My room was opened while I was outside and they left the door open (Totally fully opened) and they didn’t even realize that its is a security issue until I called the police there are many Safety concerns as well electrical wires near to the beach in very dangerous conditions Rooms and toilets are very dirty as well If you want an accident book in this hotel

أسوأ فندق رأيته من حيث خدمه العملاء انتظرت انا وأسرتي اكثر من ٣ ساعات لإنهاء اجراءات الدخول معامله موظفي الأستقبال زادت من الطين بله بسبب سوء المعامله وتأخر إجراءات الدخول انصرفت انا وأسرتي من الفندق للأسف حدث هذا امام عيني لعدد كبير من النزلاء وقُوبلوا بنفس الامبالاة من موظفي الفندق ملحوظه غادرت الفندق الساعه ٥ مساءا بعد تأخر اجراءات الدخول Worst hotel I've seen in terms of customer service My family and I waited more than 3 hours to complete the entry procedures The treatment of the reception staff made matters worse Due to bad treatment and late check-in, my family and I left the hotel Unfortunately this happened in front of the eyes of a large number of guests and was met with the same indifference from the hotel staff NB I left the hotel at 5 pm after late check-in

Run down property, very poor maintenance, the hotel staff are only interested in grabbing your money, zero customer service, very poor and bad experience. The breakfast at the resturant is average, some of the food was stale, no point in complaining, there is no action. Very laid back staff.

It’s very nice and the hotel was clean,staff was friendly especially Mr Hussain was helpful (Try out the buggy) It’s a bit far from the city It’s nice and quiet and fun Swimming poll is there and the water is clean Over all I would recommend you to stay and have fun Five stars mate

As I'm writing this from the hotel lobby, I would love to say big Thank You to 3 main ppl here:Mr. Khalek Mr. Hessian and Mr. Jafah for a great hospitality and amazing food. The green lime juice with a smoked salmon is a masterpiece itself. And it's available 24hrs a day.Thank You gentleman for this journey.Also rooms are quite comfortable, ant the rest of the staff is absolutely nice and helpful.

The hotel is old, the rooms are not clean and smells very bad, the AC doesn't work properly the night shift reception staff are unprofessional and not responsive The swimming pool is excellent The diner at the restaurant was great and the manager is excellent and friendly the beach staff are not professional at all
