Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo una grande esperienza qui, è vicino alla nostra casa e i bambini fuori scuola ora e stanno cercando attività bene che abbiamo trovato questo hotel e hanno una grande piscina e una serra ci assorbe in caffetteria e hanno una chalet che restiamo godiamo di avere il nostro tempo barbecue

After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

La bella proprietà, il personale e l'equipaggio sono anche grandi. Mi piacciono davvero le opzioni per colazione rispetto ad altre proprietà che abbiamo soggiornato in Kuwait. Molto grande selezione di articoli che è grande. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo avuto alcuni interessanti piccoli piccoli soggiorni, abbiamo visitato l'edificio nel luglio, dove il tempo in Kuwait era di circa 45 gradi Celsius e l'aria condizionata ha fermato il lavoro in hotel. La mia mancanza di comunicazione proattiva è la mancanza di comunicazione. Mi sono resa conto solo dopo aver chiesto perché la temperatura era diventata insopportabile nella stanza e non mi è andata meglio anche dopo aver rivolto il condizionamento dell’aria interna al massimo. La stanza era molto calda e abbiamo finito di andare in un altro hotel, con tutti questi trucchetti, la squadra di gestione (Safia) era molto empatica della situazione e mi ha inviato le loro sincere scuse. Vorrei anche ringraziarvi per aver trovato il mio colletto Van Cleef nella nostra stanza e per averlo consegnato alla squadra, e, come potete immaginare, ero molto preoccupato per la perdita, e la squadra l'ha trovata nella mia stanza postale e l'ha riportata in sicurezza. Grazie speciali a Safia che ha fatto le cose giuste anche con tutti questi ticcupi. Vero servizio clienti. Accedi davvero tutto!!

The Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City is my second home whenever I visit Kuwait. Over the past ten years, my stays at the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City have only gotten better. The hotel offers unmatched service, friendly and supportive staff, excellent accommodation quality and facilities, room service, and great restaurants. The Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team truly makes every effort to make me feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. From the moment I landed at Kuwait International Airport to my departure time, the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team made everything easy for me so I could focus on my business goals without worrying about the travel arrangements (visa processing, visa drop-off, airport pickup, accommodation, food, ground transportation around the city, and airport drop-off, and any other assistance I may require. I want to thank Mr. Boubacar, Assistant Reservations Manager, who has always been helpful and efficient in arranging my Kuwait visitor visas and those of my business partners. He consistently ensures my travel arrangements are ready in time and that my visit to the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City goes smoothly.

Molto buona posizione, a 20 minuti dalle Torre e a 10 da Cornice. Ci siamo fermati 5 giorni. La colazione è stata molto buona e il personale è stato utile e gentile con una menzione speciale per il signor Santosh, il signor Rafat e il direttore. Wifi molto forte e la pulizia della nostra stanza n° 1405. La fermata dell'autobus è a 50 metri di distanza e l'autobus 51 vi porterà al centro della città. La città del Kuwait non è un luogo turistico, quindi non troverete negozi per turisti e nessuna mappa. Ricordate che il Fort Rosso è chiuso venerdì mattina, si apre a pomeriggio alle 4:00.

Mi piace stare qui! Mi sento sempre come se fossi incastrato. Il personale si allontana sempre dal loro modo per assicurarsi di avere tutto quello che hai bisogno e sono così amichevole. Mi piace soprattutto il colazione; è sorprendente il cibo è delizioso. Aspetto di vedere Thomas, un membro del personale qui. Ha il sorriso più amichevole e è così accogliente. Si assicura sempre che abbia il mio caffè preferito e sa esattamente cosa mi piace per colazione. Raccomando molto questo lussuoso hotel!

Il servizio è buono. A causa del volo notturno, l'ora di partenza dell'hotel è stata data alle 16:00.L'hotel offre anche un vettore di trasporto gratuito. Si stima che dovrebbe anche avere un servizio di ricezione gratuita. Puoi contattare l'hotel in anticipo per provarlo.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati per 7 notti dal 27 dicembre 2023 al 3 gennaio 2024, camera 1008; personale veramente ottimo, sempre premurosi e attenti a ogni necessità del cliente, anche alla colazione, compresa nel prezzo, i camerieri sono stati veramente bravi! Camera grande, pulita, con bagno ampio e comodo con la doccia; vista sulle torri e sul mare. Reception veramente professionale e gentile. Diana sempre sorridente e attenta. Bravissimi TUTTI! Parcheggio gratuito si piani sotterranei con ascensore che sale direttamente alle camere. Rapporto qualità prezzo super avendo speso circa 1000 euro (335kwd). Era la mia seconda volta in Kuwait, ci sarà sicuramente una terza e ritornerò senza dubbio in questo splendido hotel!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.
