We booked this hotel in Marrakech as the final leg of our holiday, hoping to relax in a resort with a nice restaurant and gym to ease back into our routine before heading home. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most stressful part of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Upon check-in, we were forced to pay the full amount of our stay in cash, even though we only had a card. They drove us to three different banks to withdraw enough money before we were even allowed to see our room! To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge us on the city tax, demanding 50 MAD per person when the official rate for Marrakech is a fixed 28 MAD per person. The room itself was mediocre at best—cold, with a showerhead spraying in all directions, and towels that were never replaced during our stay. The property also suffers from constant electricity blackouts, and the internet would sometimes stop working for an entire day. The restaurant experience was equally disastrous. Upon arrival, we were informed the chef was “on holiday,” leaving us with only three tajine options—the same three options for both lunch and dinner. We ordered dinner at 6 PM hoping to eat by 8 PM, but our food didn’t arrive until after 9 PM. Breakfast was no better—every morning, we waited over an hour to get anything on the table. Items came in a bizarre order: jams without bread, teapots without cups. It was a frustrating dance every single meal. On day three, we were told we could finally order anything from the menu because the chef was back. To our surprise, the same staff member was still cooking—clearly, the “chef on holiday” story was a lie, likely because they didn’t have food stocked earlier. The property itself is in terrible condition. The walls, pathways, and furniture are all old, broken, and neglected. The gym is a joke—a pile of dusty, rusty metal. The hammam? Out of order, and judging by the state of the rest of the property, probably a mold-infested health hazard. The “big boss” lives on-site in an attached apartment, parking his flashy Jaguar in plain view. He also throws loud parties on the property, disrupting the supposed tranquility of the resort. One evening, while we were having dinner, he stormed into the kitchen shouting at the staff and causing a commotion as if throwing things around. When warned there were guests dining, he emerged in a fur jacket, flustered, and asked if everything was okay. We were so uncomfortable, we quickly said yes and left. To top it all off, the hotel is 30 minutes from Marrakech with no shuttle service. Every trip to the city costs around 300 MAD each way. And remember how the card machine didn’t work on the first day, forcing us to pay in cash? Miraculously, we were able to pay for our meals by card later on. This is not a resort—it’s a poorly run, crumbling hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

This is an extremely wonderful place. Fantastic venue with great service and delicious food. A peaceful and charming time I spent there. Perfect for chilling and relaxing. Recommend to everyone who is going to Morocco. For sure I’m gonna visit again!

Suite à un séjour en novembre 2024 commençant par le positif le personnel est excessivement sympathique et avenant les repas sont corrects mais pas varier le chien est aussi oui très sympa 😂 Pour le reste comment dire on arrive ils n'ont pas notre chambre donc on nous met dans une chambre beaucoup plus petite le lendemain la chose a été réglé avec une chambre effectivement grande et agréable néanmoins la literie et de très mauvaise qualité et les matelas sont excessivement durs la salle de sport oublier tout de suite c'est pas une salle de sport c'est juste un entrepôt où il y a 3 machines plein de poussière le hammam le sauna oublie aussi il y en a pas ou pas en fonctionnement en tout cas nous étions pendant 3 jours seul à l'hôtel vous ne pouvez pas avoir de boissons ou de choses comme ça durant la journée ensuite tout ce qui est boisson coûte très cher le café le matin 2,50 € juste pour 30 € de café pour la semaine l'extérieur sont moyennement entretenus la piscine est sympa les coussins des transat sont excessivement abîmés les serviettes sont jamais changé nous avons l'habitude d'aller à Marrakech ça doit être la troisième fois en tout cas c'est la dernière fois que nous allons dans cet endroit je pense qu'il faut que le patron revoit entièrement sa cope Remerciement au responsable et chauffeur qui nous accompagnaient jusqu'à Marrakech prévoir d'ailleurs un budget de 150€pour les 4 jours Merci au cuisinier même s'il était pas très très propre on va pas le cacher il était avenant j'ai essayé de faire de son mieux avec les moyens qu'on lui donnais

Nous avons passé un week-end, le personnel est inexpérimenté et un d'entre eux à glisser son numéro de portable à ma sœur qui nous accompagné. Je suis en attente d'une facture que l'employé m'a dit nous transmettre par mail depuis et que je n'ai jamais reçu. Très déçu par le manque de considération

Nous y avons passé un super séjour cet endroit est sublime et au calme , les repas excellents !tout y est pour passer un bon moment , un peu éloigné du centre mais cela vaut le coup Un grand merci à Khalil et son équipe pour ce week end tout était parfait !

Zunächst das positive: Der Garten ist ganz schön, wenn man nicht in die Ecken hinter dem Hotel schaut. Ich habe noch nie eine Unterkunft schlecht bewertet, aber in diesem Hotel passt wirklich vieles nicht: Das Hotel liegt mitten im Nichts und ist von hohen Mauern umschlossen. Ohne Mietwagen hat man keine Chance das Hotel zu verlassen und selbst dann muss man zunächst einen Mitarbeiter finden um das Tor zu öffnen. Es fühlte sich ein wenig nach Gefängnis an. Es dauert etwa eine gute halbe Stunde um in Marrakesch ein Restaurant anzusteuern. Diesen Weg sollte man auf sich nehmen, da wie bereits in einigen anderen Bewertungen angesprochen, das Essen nicht so toll ist. Die Portionen sind winzig, wenig schmackhaft und die Preise für insbesondere Getränke (hier sind nicht einmal irgendwo Preise angegeben) und Essen stehen im Vergleich zum Preis des Hotels überhaupt nicht im Verhältnis. Das inkludierte Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch das schlechteste was wir in 6 Wochen Aufenthalt in Marokko bisher hatten. Mein Partner hat sich hier extrem den Magen verdorben, weswegen wir einige Tage länger bleiben mussten. Kann natürlich überall in diesem Land passieren, die Eiswürfel wurden auf Nachfrage dann wohl jedoch doch mit Leitungswasser hergestellt. Auf der Hotelanlage laufen 5 große Hunde herum - an sich sind sie sehr niedlich. Jedoch sind diese Hunde wenig bis gar nicht erzogen. Man kann weder sein Essen am Tisch in Ruhe genießen, noch ein Getränk am Pool. Immer ist dort eine Hundenase, die gerne zugreift. Auch persönliche Gegenstände werden gerne von den Hunden untersucht, wir verstehen nun warum die Handtücher nicht am Pool ausliegen sondern immer einzeln angefragt werden müssen. Die Hunde spielen und zerstören alles was sie finden können, vom Sofa auf der Wiese bis zu persönlichen Gegenständen der Gäste. Darauf reagiert das Management überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich sondern einfach nur noch dreist. Bis heute habe ich die versprochene Rückzahlung für meine zerstörten Dinge nie gesehen und werde es wohl auch nie. Alles in allem kann man nur warnen.
