Hotel was good everything was fine.
But they tried to sell tours.. As they said they tried to help/support you but the truth is the owner is just a broker who wants to sell tours even outside of Luxor or money changes.

The hotel is in the west bank, the taxi fare is quite expensive from airport. The staff were helpful but the price of the tour offered by them was not cheap. The room was fair clean. But the river view is very good on the roof of the hotel.

Very dirty the facilities the kitchen full of flies the utensils in poor condition and dirty the bed linen smelling very dirty breakfast a scam very dry breads fruits with flies I do not recommend lunch or dinner at the hotel bad food I do not recommend it, if they go to Luxor only one day take a plane the first flight visit valley of the kings - then the museums a whole day after Take the last flight I don't recommend staying in Luxor lousy for tourism, a pity they don't value their cultural richness of the pharaohs I don't recommend this lousy hotel

Fui roubado em frente ao hotel.
Não pude fazer o check-in e o taxista teve que me levar de volta ao aeroporto. Ou seja, viajei para Luxor e nem pude conhecer a cidade por causa do prejuízo que o hotel me causou, sendo este localizado em local violento e perigoso.
Quero pelo menos a restituição do que eu paguei, do contrário, farei questão de denunciar para o máximo de pessoas possíveis o serviço que a Trip.com me forneceu, oferecendo um hotel onde sequer foi checado a segurança para o turista. Inclusive nada menciona em relação à isso. Absurdo!

Camere molto pulite, hotel appena al di sopra dell'essenziale, personale/proprietario molto disponibili ed accoglienti, colazione abbondante nella norma egiziana. Tv di qualsiasi canale estero assente. Sul lato ovest di fronte a Luxor quindi nessuna possibilità di intrattenimento, per noi è andata molto bene così !!

Lovely stay at spring hotel West Bank Luxor, so happ we chose this location. Abdul and his staff are very accommodating, extremely helpful . lovely breakfast, beautiful views over the Nile, hotel very clean and good location for all trips.

Stayed at Spring Hotel as part of a Hot Air balloon package from rep at our main hotel in Hurghada. Great welcome Stunning views from room balcony, dining area and rooftop. Clean, basic room had everything you would need. Food was freshly made, tasty and served by very polite professional staff. Would highly recommend to anyone on short stay in Luxor. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed for 3 nights & used their private boat to the east bank & driver to the west bank on 2 separate days. The owner overcharged the private boat price for 4 people, it shouldn't be more than E£50/pax. A half-day tour costs you USD50, including a lunch buffet. We knew it was overcharged, but we were okay because it was within our budget. Our room is ok, but the bathroom drain clogged badly. There were mosquitoes in our room. I also disliked that the owner's son Ashraf charged us a night extra just because we checked in at 4:30 am. On the morning of the checkout day, we were transferred to a smaller room. Breakfast was the same every day, except for the fruits. The restaurant manager, Abdel is the best! Super courteous & attentive. We enjoyed playing billiards on the rooftop too. Do your negotiation with Mahmoud, the owner. Not other people.
