Adalya Elite Lara Hotel

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it from the moment we arrived in 2023 so when we returned home we rebooked for the following August (2024). Our experience has been amazing on both visits, nothing is too much trouble for any staff member… always happy to help you or work through a solution to make your stay more comfortable. All staff work so hard and this does not go unnoticed…. Yusuf, Mirhibon and Pinar…listened and supported our requests to make the last day more comfortable and stress free. Our personal experience is that there is lots to do for everyone.. . Adalya go above and beyond to provide a nurturing and relaxing experience for everyone. The rooms are spacious and we found with the food there is ampoule of choices to suit everyone’s palate. The only negative is not in relation to the hotel but we found some guests rather rude, this was observed during mealtimes were they would que jump. I am here at Adalya now, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations.Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again

We have just returned from a week long family holiday at this fabulous hotel. The holiday was amazing from start to finish and the hotel was brilliant. Staff, facilities, food and beverages were all first class. The pools and slides were great for my two boys (14 and 9) providing endless hours of fun. The food was delicious, plentiful and varied. Cleanliness of this hotel could not be faulted with staff always working and cleaning. We will definitely return, thank you

We really can’t fault this hotel Everywhere is Spotlessly clean Staff are friendly and helpful, they work tirelessly to accommodate guests Food great and varied - main buffet, a la carte restaurants, heaven snack bar, beautiful patisserie with fresh cakes and ice cream, waffle house, flatbread house, food court, bbq, pizza/pasta to mention a few. Only negative is the design of the main dining area. Drinks good quality and good variety. Kids club staff lovely Pools clean and varied, wave pool, small slides, waterpark, kids pools, adult areas. Plenty of shaded areas for kids. Night time entertainment good and varied Small selection of rides Arcade in the downstairs lobby is good for kids. I’m very fussy and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!!

Fantastic hotel with lots of great activities for both adults and kids, the water park is fantastic. The pier is a great spot for a cool drink or a jump into the sea. The food at the hotel is of excellent standard although the main dining hall is really hectic at dinner time. And excellent waffles at the waffle house and great hotel view at the balcony of the sea.

Well, we returned from our holiday at the Adalya Elite not too long back. I wanted to take my time writing this review, we were a family of 3, myself, partner and our 9yr old. I think I have to start with how clean the hotel is, the cleaners seem to be on it 24/7, so well done to them guys. I have to give a special thanks to the waiting staff, both in the restaurants and bars, but more importantly to Ayden & Kaan from the roller team, how these guys scoot around for hours on end, always smiling and polite, amazed me, so well done lads. I can't really give much feedback on the entertainment team, they were around, but I found their spoken English very broken, but the team in the kids club made my child's day. I know all holidays can't be perfect, and don't get me wrong, if I look hard enough I could find fault with the hotel. I wont drone on for ages picking on mediocre things but I found that the hotel was more set up for German visitors, we travelled with Jet2 and I did think it strange that we were the only family to get off the transfer at the Adalya. After the first few days it was quite easy to see that the occupancy of the hotel was 80% German. Don't get me wrong, everyone was friendly, but it did make it difficult for my child to make friends, as 8 times out 10 they couldn't understand each other. In the final few days we found a number of English families and then we got some peace 😌. We did the Perge and Aspendos trip with Jet2, what a great day! Although very hot, so take plenty of water from the hotel if you are interested in this one. We didn't visit any Al a cart restaurants, In fact I thought it was a poor state when we were only offered 1 visit for an 11 night stay, but hey ho. Luckily the food in the main restaurant was top notch! I would like to give some constructive criticism on this point, so hotel management, if you read this, just have a think. CHIPS or FRENCH FRIES! What ever you want to call them. There is only 1 station where you can get chips from, my child can be quite difficult with her food at times, and spent most of the time eating pasta, even when she wanted chips, it may be an idea to put chips at the kids section, this would hopefully stop some of the ignorant adults squeezing the kids out of the que. Just a thought. Before I end, I want to say a super huge thanks to the Cabana team, we did the beach Cabanas mid holiday, the service was amazing, so much so, we booked the Cabana for our last day before travelling home, there is a safe in the Cabana so while your cases are in the lobby, you can keep all you important stuff with you and have a great time at the beach. So, to end, did we have a great holiday, yes. Would I recommend the Adalya Elite, yes. Would I return, I think not. Not because of any fault with the staff or the hotel, it's just we like to travel to different places, and so far, there has only been one hotel that I have been to twice and would go again.

Been to numerous lara resort hotels and its not just this one as speaking to majority of people in different hotels it seems the food and VD was clearly evident across them all , night time meal choice was very poor and could see wasn't normal lara expectation i have seen over the years, i traveled here with my partner 3 year old and mother and father. Positives:- About the hotel 80% of the staff are lovely cocktails are wonderful pools were clean night entertainment was good harbor is stunning as are all the lara ones kids entertainers are wonderful very friendly Negatives:- food was awful not lara standard its always been. doctor is a waste of time and arrogant just wanted 150 euro. you are kicked out the room at 12 even if your flight is at 11pm i asked to keep the room to be told no i even offered to pay as having a 3 year old to be told there's changing facility i can have for 20 minutes. room was cleaned every 2 days and had to ask for extra towels and toilet rolls. food made my partner sick with VD and left her in the room for 24 hours this was the second day and after numerous people telling us they were also ill this obviously made us scared to eat certain things. daytime music was just awful am not being a karen here but it was all Turkish songs maybe a mix of music would have been refreshing. be prepared if your traveling to any part of lara foreign holidaymakers are extremely rude but that's just there way so don't let it bother you. This is not a 5 star hotel more a 3 maybe a 4 if the food was improved my honest opinion the hotel was ok but would i stay here again unfortunately not.

Just come back from a family holiday in the Adalya Hotel. On arrival hotel looked amazing this is my fourth time in Antalya and first time at this hotel. Pros: Lovely hotel Great entertainment staff Kids club activities and staff amazing Patisserie on site amazing Pools, beaches and snack bars amd spa excellent. Cons: Beds very uncomfortable and never got a good night sleep as beds where lumpy and like sleeping on nails. Cleaner never replenished towels Dailey and we also had no toilet roll as this didn't get replenished. Drinks and spirits where that strong I could hardly drink and struggled to find drinks in the evening that was enjoyable. Food at hotel awful, either not enough choice or just nothing that really caters for English. Fair rides close on the dot and with no warning staff let people on although closed for people to get off disappointed that they where let on at closing time with no intention of getting a ride. While here on day 2 I was ill in bed with vomiting and diarrhoea from the food eaten in Art restaurant this was a bad start to the holiday and I was not the only person at this hotel who was having the same issue. This put us off eating at the hotel. We did eat in the chine a la carte which was the best food we ate at the hotel apart from food in heaven snack bar. I would avoid Art restaurant as I only ate a banana or croissant for breakfast and went Hungary most nights at tea scared to eat. We did go out the hotel for a meal in the local steakhouse as just could not risk being ill for the rest of the holiday. Entertainment was good but mainly dance shows and not very English. Overall lovely hotel but needs improvement to say it is a 5 star hotel. Hotel rooms where not soundproof either could hear everything in the next rooms even though on 3rd floor we could hear the nightclub from 12am - 2pm. Nice holiday but would prefer a different hotel in lara at not the 5 star holiday we expected, saturn palace next door to this hotel is better where we stayed last year.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is stunning and all pools are excellent, had no bother getting a sun bed, great choice of food and well cooked and presented. The rooms are spacious and has everything you need, the free mini bar is a plus, which is replaced every day. I would like to thank Seher Gorcan the cleaner for our room, who went over above, with the lovely towel animals and flowers, and room was spotless, I read some negative reviews saying this was not a five start hotel, I would totally disagree with the negative comments 100%. I will have no problem recommending this hotel to friends and family, and would definitely be back.
