Avoid this hotel if you have at least some hygiene habits and don't need daily stress. My boyfriend and I visited this hotel in June 2025 through the Czech travel agency BlueStyle. The travel agency's approach and informing clients about possible shortcomings is another story. But what about the hotel? After arriving at the hotel, they checked us in at the right time. The reception seemed nice, the staff was smiling at that moment and was quite nice even though their approach seemed a bit uncoordinated and chaotic. I tolerated it. The biggest shock was when I came to our double room and found that the air conditioning was not working. And that's when our hell began. I immediately discussed it with the staff, who threw me around like a hot potato. One said that the air conditioning season does not start until June 15th (I was flying out on June 16th) another hotel employee told me that the air conditioning was not working for economic reasons. (I'm paying for an ALL Inclusive hotel and I'm forced to save money?). I could have limited myself, but the temperatures outside at that time were really high and it was impossible to breathe in the room, it was about 45°C. There was no draft and when I asked to change the room (our room was directly under the hot roof) they always sent me to the next day. So I went to the reception every day and every time the same answer - tomorrow, tomorrow... and it was like that until the end of the trip. My boyfriend and I were forced to sleep on the balcony floor, where it was easier to breathe than inside the room. I had health problems because of it. The room cleaning was varied, the cleaning lady came every day and changed the towels and replenished the soap. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the room, there was someone else's hair on the floor, male hair under the bed sheet and clipped nails on the chair next to the balcony door. The pillows smelled terribly musty, as did the carpets in the hallways. Another huge problem was the food and hygiene. The locals turned the dining room into a huge pigsty every time. The food was monotonous and there was no chance to choose anything other than spicy food. Most of the dishes did not have a description of what kind of food it was. Some dishes smelled a lot. The bottled water was only a 1.5 liter plastic bottle per room per day (2 people are supposed to follow the drinking regimen and brush their teeth with it.. outrageous) I can confidently say that I even lost weight on vacation, because from morning to evening, I had problems choosing food. The behavior and dining of some locals was truly unbelievable, children sat together with a pile of food on the tables, threw food on the ground, rushed over while waiting for food and behaved really rudely. I ordered a drink on the beach and when I drank it, a used band-aid landed in my mouth! That made me really, really sick to my stomach. In the dining room I was given a glass with lipstick on it several times (of course I don't wea
