"We have been visiting many onsen ryokans or hotels in Japan. This hotel is very good and my rooms is very large with indoor onsen and super deluxe design. However, we were disappointed during checking in. Their time slots for dinner and breakfast were somewhat ridiculous. Either too early or too late. No one told us where we could get our welcome drinks, or had staffs to guide us to pue room. Our breakfast time was even arranged by error on 8:30 instead of 7:00 as we had decided. Everything was so good except the hotel service should be improved."

"The Ryokan and room was incredible! It felt like travelling back in time. The onsen was also super nice. The only issues were that the Onsen was at the sister hotel. It was only a 5 minute drive, but it would have been nice if they had their own. Also, the food was incredible, we had the breakfast. However we did not order the dinner because we were not sure if we would arrive to the Ryokan in time. Unfortunately they did not have any food at all, if you did not order the full set meal ahead of time. We went to a restaurant nearby which was ok...but it would have been nice if they had a couple menu items that were available outside of the full pre-booked set meal. "

"L'hotel è stato trovato accidentalmente, prima di tutto piace il mare interno del conto, poi attratto da un nome ricreativo e fresco da materiali creativi e edifici di mare. L'hotel è costruito sulla guancia sul mare, due piscine di zuppa, uno è un enorme diamante in alto e in basso all'interno, l'altro è un vento esterno. Il tempo freddo in quel giorno è stato ristretto in un gruppo. Dopo il soggiorno, l'ospite del giorno era aperto. Dopo averla pulita seriamente, entravo nel corpo della piscina di zuppa e si rilassò immediatamente. Anche se sono molto caldo, ma assaggia un'aria pulita e guarda un po'di neve volante! Il cibo dovrebbe essere un cibo stagionale. È proprio il cibo di cui ci sono due pezzi di pesce, grandi e grassi, che è molto disinfettante. "I was impressed by the space as soon as I entered the room. Although I only stayed for one night and two days this time, it was a place I wanted to stay for many more nights. The amenities provided were excellent, and I was personally happy that they had a straightener and a hairdryer or ReFa. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view from the balcony was also nice. I'm glad I chose this place to stay."

"The room I reserved for 2 nights was not available. I only stayed for one night, and for the other night, due to a mistake at the hotel, I couldn't stay in the room I wanted and was moved to a room for people with disabilities. I had a lot of friends who went with me, and I thought about it a lot before deciding and paying for the accommodation first... I feel so sad... And I felt even worse because the first man at the hotel treated me poorly. I can't trust this app either. I can't trust that hotel either. I don't want to make a reservation using this app anymore. This tastefully renovated traditional Japanese inn offers transportation to and from the baths at its sister inn if you make a reservation. Because it's a traditional Japanese house, you have to be careful not to make noise, but unless there's something unusual going on, you'll be fine as long as you stay as usual. "A truly satisfying experience! I would definitely stay here many more times! The room was spacious and quiet, offering a very comfortable stay! A floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the sea, offering a perfect view of the sunrise; I didn't even want to draw the curtains while sleeping! The room was fully equipped, especially the kitchenware, which included various cooking utensils and basic seasonings. As someone who enjoys cooking, seeing the kitchen immediately made me decide to cook all my meals in the room! The hotel is largely self-service; there are usually no staff at the front desk, but they provide contact information so you can call if needed. The hotel staff were also very friendly. When we checked in, a staff member happened to be passing by and immediately helped us carry our luggage to the room; otherwise, we would have had to carry it up the stairs ourselves. Furthermore, we only decided to use the barbecue grill on the balcony after checking in, but because we notified the hotel too late, they couldn't prepare any ingredients. However, they provided the grill for us and gave us detailed directions on where to buy barbecue ingredients nearby."
