His knowledge of the local area and recommendations for activities and dining options were invaluable. The rooms at Henann Park Resort were nothing short of luxurious. They were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was also impressed by the modern amenities provided, including a flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. La mia famiglia si trovava all'Ambasciatore in Paradiso per celebrare l'85° anniversario di mio padre. È stata la nostra prima visita a Boracay. L'intero personale era incredibilmente caldo, professionale ed efficiente a sostenere le questioni di mobilità di mio padre. Il loro eccellente servizio cominciò con il trasferimento aeroportuale. Con Victor, aiutarono mio padre a camminare verso e da la carrozza, la barca a veloci, poi verso il lobby. Non potevamo arrivare mio padre senza il loro aiuto. La stanza era molto pulita e ben attrezzata e la posizione del resort sulla spiaggia era incredibile. Sono un precoce risorsa e hanno preparato il loro buffet ogni mattina con deliziosi preferiti filipino colazione come Tocino, riso fritto di aglio, bangus e Silog. I miei figli amavano vedere i danzatori di fuoco e i danzatori locali fare il Tinking, e ci hanno aiutato a prenotare un'escursione privata di un'isola. Dalle loro raccolte alla guida, è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile vedere le spiagge e le isole di Boracay.

On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established . Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for . Every few days they reset the room Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset. They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in . Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

Everything is very nice and worth our money. BUT, they charged us P100 because they were able to find one small towel in our room upon check-out. Of course we didn't bring it home! 100 is a small amount but it does mean that we lost that thing that we didn't! My son's one piece cloth we left a while on the poolside, when we returned, it's nowhere to be found. Anyway, we just thought that it will stay there for a few minutes. No other concerns. The room and amenities are perfect. We also appreciate they allowed us to check-in earlier. 👌 The buffet breakfast was also great!! And they had a birthday slice of cake for our son ☺️

Un grande hotel. Sono stato critico per gli hotel in.più di 55 paesi. Ho rifiutato di pagare il deposito ma ho dato il deposito perché era la loro politica! Non sono stato deluso. Questo hotel è 5 stelle a causa del personale cortese e della gestione, che ti fanno sentire come la royalty. Le strutture sono di classe superiore, come le camere dotate di flotto, tè e caffè, vestiti, acqua calda nelle docce e letti confortevoli con TV intelligente. Non dimenticare la vista sulla spiaggia. È possibile ottenere i migliori sorgenti solari che abbia mai visto. Tutti i comfort se stai cercando un hotel di alta stella. Ben fatto sabbia cristallina Hennan!

L'hotel è come previsto, è un ottimo hotel in tutta la S2. La colazione a Long Beach dovrebbe essere molto buona, ma non è in linea con il gusto dei cinesi. Tutti i camerieri sono molto entusiasti e lo saranno tutti felice quando ti vedono. Saluta, ai bambini in piscina è piaciuto molto. Avete usato il pranzo stellato per la sorpresa di bf. Grabeeee. Uno dei migliori esperienze mai!!! Ang ganda ng vista, sarap ng pagkain e cappelli off kay Sir Mark, Jerd (OJT) e la signora Jaja (kausap sa viber e pianificato tutto anche il banner bday) per il servizio eccellente. Strategic yung location kasi kita yung beach, sunset e vista. Private pa kasi 3 prenotazioni lang consentito. Walang mga dumadaan na bystanders na nakikiusyoso haha. Altamente raccomandato. 🩷🩷🩷
