Attention to maintenance detail, i.e. Broken and missing bed sidelight switch so as to be inoperative. Standing floor heater wall switch is faulty and did not function at all for on (or off) at times. TV was not working due to (presumably) previous occupant having muddled the settings and not subsequently checked by management to ensure working for next arrival. Had to try many user option settings with no instructions to get functional.

Akaroa and the conveniently location Top 10 park was a great place to start our vacation exploring the wildlife by walking and boating.

We would recommed to improve the slippery floor of the showers. I fall down while I was having a shower. The staff was very nice and the liked a lot the location.

Lovely, clean camp ground with stunning views. Easy walk into Akaroa town. Very quiet and spacious feeling off season but if all campsites were occupied it could become very tight and congested. But would still love to return in the summer. (Didn’t stay in the rooms but he there is no option not to review them - so my opinion is only from walking past them)

Caravanning so we didnt use any rooms. I couldent rate the location for the top 10 as it was the only camt site there. But the place really caters for kids, thats why we used it

Stayed for 1 night. Would like to have stayed for more. Everything was nice and clean and tidy. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this awesome spot above Akaroa. It was wonderful to just sit and admire the spectacular view over Akaroa and it's stunning harbour. The bathrooms were spotless.
