Hotel gravemente sottovalutato, spiaggia è fantastica, il mondo di fondo marino interessante vicino alla roccia è adatto per immergersi

Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno in questo hotel. La ricezione alla reception è stata molto amichevole e precoce. La camera era grande e pulita e con una bella vista sulla spiaggia e sul mare. La spiaggia è una spiaggia privata, la spiaggia e le letti sono molto pulite e si ottiene i pannolini posizionati dall'hotel. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente il tramonto sulla spiaggia. Con il pacchetto All Inclusive è stato possibile ordinare caffè, cola, succo, Sprite, ecc. e acqua sulla spiaggia. Il cibo ha saputo bene in media e ogni giorno c'era una scelta alternata. Eravamo molto entusiasti del buffet!! I camerieri sono molto amichevoli. C'è una grande piscina all'hotel, nonché una piscina con lettini fantastici. Tutte le strutture erano molto pulite. Posso consigliare questo hotel e vorrei tornare! 😍

Personale musone e sgarbato. Soprattutto la sig.na bruna alla reception sembrava seccata per ogni domanda. Il resto dei dipendenti distantissimi dal cosiddetto calore napoletano. Camere con carta da parati scollata e nel bagno asciugamani da bidet usati. Informazioni tra responsabili non condivise, per cui lenta e confusa la soddisfazione delle necessità legate al convegno per il quale eravamo lì. A parte la vicinanza alla stazione e qualche proposta per la colazione (assolutamente no ai croissant), non è un posto che vale i costi sostenuti o le stelle vantate. Ultimo neo, il cattivissimo odore del bagno femminile al piano terra. Esperienza frustrante.

Bellissimo hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia, dotato di tutti i confort. Belle la SPA e la piscina esterna riscaldata. Ottimo il cibo servito al ristorante. Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Torneremo il prossimo anno

A proposito di buona - spiaggia, prezzo (una volta in 3-4 sotto spiagge simili a Dubai e Abu Dhabi). A proposito di cattivo - servizio inferiore alla media. La spiaggia non è sufficiente per tutti, apparentemente occupata dalla mattina presto. Con la navetta complimentare a Dubai Moll è costantemente malintesi. La stanza dopo le 10 può essere entrata dal servizio nonostante ”non disturbare”. L'hotel per 9 anni di funzionamento sembra ombrato. In generale, su tre vie.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

We had a fantastic stay at the Chedi. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a Heritage Suite room. We were travelling with our 12 month old and they had everything prepared for us without even asking - including a cot, bottle warmer, bottle sanitiser and nappy bin. The room was wonderful - clean with lots of space and little touches such as dates and soft drinks on arrival. The facilities at the hotel were also great, including a clean and quiet outdoor pool and a well maintained gym. We enjoyed the food so much that we ate in the hotel restaurant three times (two dinners and one breakfast). However, the best thing was the wonderful team at Chedi. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The valet service, the reception staff, the restaurant team (in particular Shokry) and everyone else around the hotel. Thank you also for greeting us with complimentary mocktails and a special light meal in the hotel cafe. We are also grateful for the hotel's flexibility for allowing us to re-schedule our visit (at very short notice) because our son was ill. Thank you again and we look forward to visiting again soon! Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

Very nice hotel, amenities needed to be updated in some areas such as gym. People at this hotel are so kind and dedicated to help at any time and ready to go the extra mile to meet your needs. I will come back again

Bella assistenza, grande cibo, comoda camera. La grande TV era un plus. La piscina è un po 'piccola. La questione di posizione è tipica per le UAE. Difficile trovare qualcosa intorno all'hotel(in +40 gradi), specialmente sigarette. In generale buona esperienza, consiglio di rimanere a Novotel.
