Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno in questo hotel. La ricezione alla reception è stata molto amichevole e precoce. La camera era grande e pulita e con una bella vista sulla spiaggia e sul mare. La spiaggia è una spiaggia privata, la spiaggia e le letti sono molto pulite e si ottiene i pannolini posizionati dall'hotel. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente il tramonto sulla spiaggia. Con il pacchetto All Inclusive è stato possibile ordinare caffè, cola, succo, Sprite, ecc. e acqua sulla spiaggia. Il cibo ha saputo bene in media e ogni giorno c'era una scelta alternata. Eravamo molto entusiasti del buffet!! I camerieri sono molto amichevoli. C'è una grande piscina all'hotel, nonché una piscina con lettini fantastici. Tutte le strutture erano molto pulite. Posso consigliare questo hotel e vorrei tornare! 😍

Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue , She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid . Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me . She realized her mistake and did not apologize and went to revenge mode with me I would like to see if this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only ” If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ? I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel if this happened to you ? ?

Hotel sopra ogni aspettativa, personale molto gentile, in particolare mr. Abdur R. , che con molta gentilezza ci ha procurato l’acqua gasata, Ottimo buffet , molto vario di vera cucina araba. Buffet di dolci stratosferico con tante specialità del posto .

Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante le vacanze Eid con la mia famiglia e siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Prima di tutto, la posizione è sorprendente! È nel centro della città e tutto quello che ti serve è proprio intorno all'angolo. In secondo luogo, ci piace la vista e ringraziiamo il team per averci dato la nostra richiesta di vista sul mare; in terzo luogo, il loro servizio è grande e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze e la richiesta il più rapidamente possibile. Per noi è molto importante e apprezziamo la rapidità del vostro personale: abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi minori durante il soggiorno, ma tutto è stato risolto e siamo felici. Infine, vorrei congratularmi con la signora Jennifer per averci dato un caloroso benvenuto, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

We enjoyed from the first time once we arrived to the hotel every thing was good and simple since we checked in it is a great hotel with amazing staff the food and service was excellent thanks for chef rekesh and special thanks for Mohsen who give us special care and assist us in every thing the shisha also was very good Thanks for everything we really enjoyed We will back again We will recommend the hotel also for our family and friends

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment
