beautiful located with great ONSEN overlooking the sea. Great breakfast and Dinner buffet and freeflow bar in the afternoon/early evening

This is really a great hotel. Staff are all nice, hotel’s facility is also good. Free drink and snacks are available in hotel lounge. Highly recommended to anyone who planned to tour in Aomori!

新しいホテルなので内外装とも綺麗。 海の見える和室を取ったので日本海の景色が楽しめました。 食事は朝夕ともビュッフェスタイルなので無理なく食事できました。オールインクルーシブで飲み物などもフリーで助かりました。 It's a new hotel, so both the interior and exterior are beautiful. I got a Japanese-style room with a view of the sea, so I was able to enjoy the view of the Sea of ​​Japan.Meals were buffet style both in the morning and evening, so I was able to eat without any stress. It was all-inclusive, so drinks were free, which was helpful.

The main purpose of the trip was to take the joyful train ride on Resort Shirakami, and instead of over five hours on the train, staying in an onsen hotel on the route for a night sounded a better option. This hotel was chosen because it is right next to the sea with nice view from the room. The outdoor onsen offers panoramic views of the Japan Sea, and in the website, they mentioned the onsen being fossil seawater hot spring, which was originally seawater, which sounds interesting. The package included dinner and breakfast and there is the choice of buffet or set dinner. I chose the set dinner and the food was very good.

We stayed here 2 amazing nights. The room was large with futons and Japanese sitting area. The view was amazing and we enjoyed a glass of wine at tea time with snacks. There is a shuttle bus for the train station. The onsen was top notch but above all the staff here were so kind and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The hotel lobby is quite impressive. The atmosphere is very warm, it feels like a trip back in time. The rooms and baths are equally well designed and the breakfast is much better than I had expected!

初めて利用させていただきました！食事や飲み物もとてもよかったですが、到着してから、帰るまでスタッフの方の対応が皆さんとてもよく、気持ちよく利用させて頂きました！是非、また宿泊したいと思いました！ありがとうございました！

年末に予約していましたがインフルエンザに感染しました。直前の連絡にも関わらず快く予約変更していただきました。おかげさまで今年も楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 毎年夫の誕生祝いを兼ねて愛犬と共に宿泊していますがスタッフの皆様・料理・温泉とすべてにおいて大満足しております。 今年は大雪で道中大変でしたが雪が融けたらまた伺いたいと思います。

家族とわんこと利用しました。２回目の来訪でしたが、前回同様スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく気持ち良く過ごすことができました。特に気に入ってるのがお料理です。夕、朝とバイキングでしたがどれも美味しく楽しめました。 知人にもお勧めできるお宿です！ 来年もよろしくお願いします。

レストラン担当の応対は良かったです。 　休憩所のドリンク飲み放題の品切れ・管理が良くなかった。 人が多いのはしょうがなかったが、宿泊者の健康状態は確認したほうが良い。 　（妻・妻母がインフルエンザ感染していました。）

夕食時に座った席が窓際で、とても寒くて移動しようとしていた時に、ホールスタッフの方(男性)が移動先のテーブルまで食器を運んでくださいました。素晴らしい対応でした。あの時はありがとうございました。 お料理もお正月という事で、おせち料理が並んでいたり、海の幸ののっけ丼も楽しく美味しかったです。主人は揚げたての天ぷらが気に入っていました。私は朝食時に出た、ふわふわのフレンチトーストが美味しくて2枚も食べてしまいました。海の見えるお部屋も素敵でした。来年も休みが取れたら宿泊したいです。
