It was a good location, staff weren’t that nice. Sketchy area. Police were there 3 times from us being there in under 12 hours.

Worst hotel ever. Heating system didn’t work properly and our room was like a sauna. Turned on the air conditioner and it pumped out heat to. Very dirty, walls stained. Pillows were lumpy, beds uncomfortable. Phone in room didn’t even work. Police constantly here. Not a safe place at all.

Filthy. Turd in toilet and trash in the waste basket. I asked for a different room. The new room had used bed linens (lots of hair and yellow crust ). The soap was used and sitting in on the side of the unclean sink. The hotel is in very rough shape and is thick with the smell of pot smoke from end to end. Also, the characters lurking around the lobby would be unsettling for those traveling with children.

Stayed for 6 nights in April 2023 ,completely satisfied with my overall stay, the free coffee in the morning is very delicious , staff are super helpful , very comfortable bed. Kelseys which is just a steps away makes delicious steaks , also locations is not very far from Downtown Whitby.

If I could rate this lower then 1 I would. We chose this place as a last resort for our youth sports teams. Upon arrival it doesn’t look too bad until you enter. The lobby is tiny and dirty and only one very slow elevator and due to the people that live in this hotel it’s very unsafe to walk the stairwells especially at night. This place is used as some sort of government housing and has a range of people here including mental health issues, addiction issues etc. Our bedroom backed onto the back and a party was held both nights at a picnic table which fights occurred often which was heard from our third floor room. We paid $410 for two nights and I rather have slept in my car cleaner and safer. I have never so unsafe at a place in my life. This place should be a hotel or shutdown and be an apartment for the government but at no point should people paying money for a room have to deal with this. Disgusting

on my 2 night stay at this motel I felt I was overcharged.my stay was suppose to be $299 taxes included but was charged a hefty $418 taxes included, what a ripoff.since I checked in on a Friday night my chance of finding another place would of been slim.the desk clerk was not very helpful,did not seem to care and he was hard to understand because he was mumbling.will no longer be staying at this motel,stay away.

The thermostat didn’t work very well and the room was mostly cool. The room is not cleaned during the stay.
