My husband and I had an amazing stay with our 4 month old baby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. They made sure we always had everything we needed and were so welcoming. It’s a short (about 15 mins) walk into Aix, which is beautiful, and it’s easy to get to other areas of Provence from the hotel. It’s a great base. The food was outstanding and the room was excellent. We stayed in the Junior Villa Suite and it was perfection. Beautiful and peaceful garden area and a lovely pool. Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel, everything was excellent, highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Hotel bellissimo, con camera spaziosa, confortevole, elegante e ben attrezzata. Palestra ben attrezzata, sauna e piscina interna gratuite. Ottima colazione a pagamento. Hotel locato vicinissimo al centro storico vi dimenticherete della macchina. Gentilezza e cortesia di tutto il personale nonostante l’albergo sia molto grande. Complimenti!!

Viaggio organizzato da agenzia viaggi, di tre giorni e due notti. La struttura non molto curata, con camere stile motel americano, direttamente pianoterra davanti a zona verde trascurata, bagno senza finestra con ventola non funzionante. Cena servita in un locale tipo refettorio con lunga tavolata. Cibo pessimo. Personale abbastanza inesperto. Acqua compresa imbevibile al cloro. Piscina non accessibile oltre le ore 19 pertanto mai utilizzata, essendo praticamente impossibile durante i tour rientrare prima di tale ora in struttura. Nota positiva colazione abbastanza varia e buona e salviette cambiate ogni giorno. Distante dal centro, impossibile uscire la sera a piedi per fare un giro.

La stanza piccolina ma pulita, in linea con lo standard garantito dalla catena di hotel Campanile. La struttura ha un ampio parcheggio, quindi è molto comodo soprattutto per chi arriva in macchina, in quanto non bisogna impazzire per cercare parcheggio nelle strade limitrofe. La struttura è molto grande e viene utilizzato soprattutto dai tour organizzati, quindi si rischia di trovare coda alla reception e molta confusione durante la colazione...per fortuna il ragazzo della reception ci ha consigliato l'ora migliore per andare a far colazione e per evitare la ressa. Non è molto vicino al centro, dicono che è possibile arrivare in centro in 10 minuti a piedi, ma non è affatto vero.

Buongiorno, scrivo questo esprimendo la mia estrema insoddisfazione con il vostro servizio: ho fatto una prenotazione con l'arrivo il 6 luglio e la partenza il 9 luglio, a nome di Fredric Baraza. Ho comunicato per telefono all'hotel che non arriverei il 6 ma piuttosto il 7 luglio, poiché avevo altri impegni che mi hanno costretto a spingere il mio volo. Sono arrivato all'impianto il 7 e mi sono rimasto disgustato, mi è stato detto che avevo una prenotazione per una sola notte. Il personale entrava nella mia stanza la mattina per informarmi che non dovevo essere in camera, che mi ha fatto molto arrabbiare e mi è stato lasciato senza opzione, ma lasciare la stanza. 2. Esprimere la mia estrema insoddisfazione con il vostro servizio.

The poor judgment is mainly given by the following factors. Failure to clean the room daily, as written in the voucher: in the Hotel formula (1-4 nights) it says Daily cleaning. Which, in my country, means clean the room every day. Despite my requests to the reception staff, already on the second day, no one came to clean the room, nor to carry out the garbage. On the third day the manager (I think she was) told me that cleaning was not included and that the voucher was wrong! only after the third night, the day before checkout, a lady came to bring towels and toilet paper. Stop. Upon arrival in the bathroom there was half a roll of toilet paper, half a bottle of soap and that's it! i had to ask for toilet paper at reception. In the end I asked the manager why the towels hadn't been changed also in the first 3 days, she gave me confused answers, apologizing. Another thing: on the second day I reported that a shutter was broken, it did not lower; I have said it several times, no one came to fix it. We slept with the light coming into the room at 5am. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was definitely lacking (I have pictures). Dust everywhere, parts of the furniture that hadn't been cleaned in months. What bothered me the most is having approximate and inconclusive answers from the staff. Nobody really went out of their way to give us what we paid for: a clean and efficient room.

Molto piacevole questo piccolo hotel vicinissimo al centro ma defilato al punto giusto per non essere disturbati la notte. Altra carta vincente è quella di avere un parcheggio privato prenotabile a pochi passi dall’hotel. Molto bella la hall, bella anche la camera, microscopico il bagno dotato di tutto ma veramente piccolo. La colazione è servita in una graziosa saletta e offre una scelta notevole di dolci e salati Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile per i consigli. Nel complessa un’ottima esperienza.
