E'cosi' pulito e moderno, buono bagno e personale amichevole

È il miglior hotel di Airdrie.

La camera era decente e le camere erano relativamente pulite. Vorrei vedere più opzioni amichevole di glutine nel buffet colazione. La piscina era divertente e credo fosse una piscina di acqua salata. Non mi piaceva che le docce fossero fuori strada e continuo a dimenticare di usarle perché non posso mai vederle.

La ricezione era rapida e amichevole. Camera in un sito più piccolo, ma abbastanza buona per una sola notte. Colazione complementare è scesa! Piscina appena dopo la manutenzione - bello e pulito. Buono valore per i soldi! Raccomanderò ai miei amici!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina al centro commerciale, conveniente per gli acquisti

L'hotel è pulito e i letti sono confortevoli, ma hanno solo messo un asciugamano per tre persone. Ho dovuto chiedere molte volte per asciugamani e shampoo. Neanche in camera c'erano asciugamani di carta.

We stayed overnight on Apr 30 3rd floor Between 10-11 , we heard ,commotion in the hallway, multiple voices screaming , fighting , profanity , running and someone trying to enter push our door . We called front desk twice to send security but unfortunately I did not feel a sense of urgency . I even asked if I should just call 911 but I was told to calm down. Well , that was easy to say . We felt we were in danger. I sure hope nobody was hurt including staff but that kind of violence should be actioned asap to ensure the safety of guests and the hotel staff . Needless to stay the one night we spent to get sleep before a 10hr flight the next morning turned out to be a sleepless night . We could have probably stayed at the airport uncomfortable but not feeling uneasy for our safety . Not blaming the front desk , I want them to protect themselves too but security or a call to the police could have de-escalated the more than an hour fighting outside our door . Hotel was more than decent if we exclude that particular incident .
