Hotel Rupertihof

Positives first. Lovely frontage to hotel, large free car park, good comfortable bed, decent power shower and food was good all round - breakfast and evening meal. The dining experience was a bit strange and at times the waiters were bordering on being condescending and rude. We were also witnessed staff having a bit of conflict with each other - not very professional. The room 'with balcony' was OK but literally overlooked two other balconies, that were next door, and the back stairs - no view and absolutely no privacy. The room was dark and hot even though the weather was cool but opening the curtains meant that anyone walking down the stairs was only a few feet away. The bathroom was also a huge problem. Extremely hot, like a sauna, with a musty smell of blocked drains. Also the entrance to the bathroom was so small and the nonstandard sized narrow door wouldn't open properly as there was doorstop to stop the door smashing into the shower. We are both quite small but I think a larger person would struggle getting in and out! To top in all as I was sat on the bed, in a state of undress, trying to cool off after coming out of the 'sauna' one of the room service personnel walked in! - at 8.20 am. We reported the heat and the smell in the bathroom to the reception and they were very dismissive. 'All the bathrooms are the same size, they are not hot and don't smell' was the reply. Only staying 2 nights we left it and went out for the day. On checkout we weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay - again unprofessional - so I offered the information that the room was not to out liking and definitely not to the standard of what was advertised on the website. I was told that there was nothing wrong with their rooms - and then the receptionist walked away! We were moving on to somewhere nicer and didn't want it to spoil our holiday but I would definitely recommend avoiding this 'Faulty Towers' establishment.

Unsere Zeit im Rupertihof in Ainring war einfach fantastisch! Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Ochsenbäckchen – sie waren herausragend gut und ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis. Der Service war durchweg freundlich. Jedes Mal, wenn wir morgens ins Restaurant kamen, wurden wir mit einem herzlichen Lächeln begrüßt, was den Start in den Tag sehr angenehm machte. Unsere Zimmer waren neu renoviert und äußerst sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Es war beeindruckend zu sehen, wie viel sich seit unserem letzten Besuch 2018 verändert hat. Wir sind jetzt im Oktober 2025 zurückgekehrt und waren erstaunt über die hervorragenden Verbesserungen. Herr Berger, der Chef des Hauses, hat alles im Griff und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Wir können den Rupertihof nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!!

Vieze kamer, verouderd, opneembare trappen, eten word voor je neus op tafel gegooid, sagereinig personeel. Er word gerookt in de trappenhuizen hallen. Bij een eerlijke recentie op google, word deze verwijderd, omdat de eigenaar Google benaderd dat er een oneerlijke recente word geschreven. Hoe dat!
