Hotel in zona Unitarian Cultural Center, Ain Sebaa-Hay Mohammedi

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Casa Port. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e 15 minuti a piedi dalla moschea Hassan 15. Marina Mall è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. L'area del personale cordiale.

Il deco di arte è un bel elemento di architettura. Il desk front generosamente ci permette di entrare a mezzogiorno; un grande plus dopo un lungo volo e il viaggio dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Buona posizione a pochi passi dal mercato centrale e dal porto. I discoteche, i tram e i vicini sono in un ambiente rumoroso fino a mezzanotte. I voli che volano nell'ingresso lasciano una cattiva impressione. Il letto è accettabile, ma le cuscinetti e i bianchetti decorativi sono molto sporchi. Il letto re è in realtà due letti doppio spinti insieme. La doccia tende a scorrere acqua ovunque. Ci viene detto che l'acqua è bevande, ma il gusto della cloro è molto forte. Il prezzo a 385 MAD era in linea con quello che abbiamo ricevuto

La stanza è buona, ma il proprietario del negozio ha deliberatamente aumentato il prezzo, 180 oggi, 300 domani

L'hotel è abbastanza soddisfacente, non c'è niente di speciale da impressionare e non c'è niente di cui essere insoddisfatti. Può sembrare vecchio dopo molto tempo, i letti sono nella media, il design dell'illuminazione dell'hotel non è molto ragionevole e sembra piuttosto fioco.L'unica cosa soddisfacente è che la pressione dell'acqua della doccia è molto forte, il che è il più soddisfacente di tutto il viaggio in Europa.

Bonjour, ce n’est pas la première fois Quad vient à cette hôtel cause de la proximité pour mon travail, tjr j’ai remarqué un du personnel qui était un peu rude avec nous, mais aujourd’hui il a beaucoup exagéré, il a abusé il s’appelle AMINE, il est venu taper à la porte de notre chambre a 12:05 pour nous demander de sortir parce qu’il fallait pas dépasser 12:00 même si c’est dimanche aujourd’hui 09/04/23 je pense que c’est interdit de taper à la porte il faut juste appeler par téléphone, je lui ai demander juste un peu temps pour qu’on finalise de ranger nos affaires mais avec une façon très très rude avec un ton de vois très élevé il nous a dit de Quitter les lieux, et il nous a encore rappeler une autre fois par téléphone pour nous précipiter de sortir le plus tôt possible meme c’est dimanche et en plus le jour d’arriver il m’a donné plein tarifs 840 dh par nuit j’ai pris deux nuits, j’aurais dû réserver par booking a 690 dh, mais le problème c’est sa façon rude et le non professionnalisme, il faut vraiment embauché des gens professionnels et surtout pour l’accueil parce que ce Monsieur qui s’appelle AMINE n’a rien avoir avec l’hôtellerie et surtout avec son attitude bizarre qui nous a vraiment fait peur, au point que je n’ai pas pu le répondre, j’ai juste pris ma facture et j’ai quitté es lieux comme il a demandé , il faut revoir sa formation. Par contre Imad un homme très gentil Galant et très professionnel et serviable. السلام عليكم ليست بالمرة الاولى التي نأتي فيها الى هذا الفندق وذلك لقربه لحميع الأماكن بمدينة الدار البيضاء رغم غلاء السعر، على العموم في كل مرة نأتي ونجد فيها أمين في الاستقبال نجد طريقته الغريبة في الكلام وملامحه المستفزة، ولكن هاته المرة كان جدجدجد مستفز وغير لبق بالمرة قام بالنقر والدق على باب الغرفة بإزعاج رغم أن ذلك ممنوع لما تكون يافطة عدم الازعاج معلقة، فتحت الباب وسألت مالأمر فأمرني أنه حان وقت المغادرة ويجيب أن نغادر الفندق حالا وكانت الساعة آن داك 12:05 وطلبت منه أن يمهلنا بعض الوقت لتكملة جمع أغراضنا لكن لم يأبه لكلامي وأمرني بطريقة خسيسة وفظة الخروج حالا، ولم يقتصر على ذالك بل نزل إلى الاستقبال واتصل بالهاتف وطلب مني بطريقة غير لائقة الخروج حالا حتى أنتي شعرت بالخوف فنزلنا وخرجنا بهدوء مخيفة من المشاكل المرجو إعادة النظر في الاشخاص تقومومون بتعيينهم وشكرًا

I stayed at the Melliber Hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. I was a female travelling alone for an architectural research trip. I felt nervous because people said I must be mad travelling alone in Casablanca. For this reason, I had purchased door locks for my hotel door etc. I never used the lock once because the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was clean. The breakfast was yummy - it varied slightly each day, serving a mix of cold salad of olives, salads, lovely fresh bread and you can purchase omelettes as a extra. The breakfast time was between 6.30-10.30am. I advise getting there around 9am. The hotel is in close vicinity to the mosque and therefore does not serve alcohol. I packed a few mini bottles of wine in my suitcase, to enjoy on my balcony. Although I did feel guilty drinking wine so close to the mosque. The double glazing is effective and the prayer calling doesn’t wake you up, although personally, the sound of the calling is comforting. You should note that the cafes and restaurants near the hotel, don’t serve alcohol. Once you travel past 1k, it seems to be served. I recommend walking down to the Central Market for a delicious fish lunch if you enjoy a glass of wine with your food. Being a city, the traffic is noisy and the drivers enjoy beeping their horns, so you will find that an evening on the balcony is not peaceful. However, it is much quieter than the Movenpick - which I visited one day. I sat on the 16th floor for a drink and a rest, and the sound of the noisy horns seems to travel upwards - it was deafening! On the last day, I had a problem charging my battery pack and the lovely Melliber staff went to the trouble of purchasing a power adaptor to make it work. It still didn’t work in the end, but I could tell that the staff really cared and wanted to fix the problem. You should know that UK phone power banks don’t tend to charge on Moroccan power). I had a problem with the return airport driver, booked through Expedia. The Melliber team made the necessary calls for me to ensure I had a return driver. I definitely don’t recommend Sahara Tours drivers - see my separate review for this. Finally, the hotel kindly upgraded me to suite with a balcony with the view of the mosque, which I requested by email. If there is any room for improvement, it would be that the Melliber website does’t work for me in the UK - I was directed to a page with a security warning and therefore I had to book through Expedia. It would be great if the hotel could provide a WhatApp number for taking bookings because my emails kept going into their spam before arriving which was stressful. Plus I purchased a data only ESIM for Morocco, and WhatsApp works well on this. All in all, I score this hotel a 5 for the reasons above. Thank you. I will book for 7 nights next year, assuming they can contact me on WhatsApp.

Sono rimasto in questo bel appartamento/hotel per sei notti. Situato a Roche Noir, che fa parte del centro città (Centre Ville), a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale (Casa Voyageurs). Sono rimasto in un appartamento di studio di dimensioni decente, dotato di cucina. Offerendo una vista sul porto. Molto comodo letto e cucina. Molto pulito, senza spot / immaculato in realtà quando si tratta di pulizia. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e attento. Il personale di accoglienza è sempre stato li' con un sorriso e sincero volere aiutare con qualsiasi domanda che avete. Questa sera sono le guardie di sicurezza che stanno all'ingresso. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e utili. Il personale di custodia si aspetta per quanto mi riguarda: ho incontrato Amina e Hicham. Amina è molto amichevole, attenta e ha un occhio forte per i dettagli. La proprietà fa parte di Campanile, credo gruppo hotel francese. Vicino a essa c'è un hotel che ospita un piacevole bar. Ideale luogo per passare un'ora o due dopo un tour a Casablanca. Il bar offre una vasta gamma di bevande e di cibo bar. Il personale è altrettanto amichevole e professionale. Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare Mohammed e Hatim, che hanno guardato me. Tutto in un luogo molto piacevole per rimanere se siete a Casa. Molto consiglio

Mi sembra di tornare in Cina, prestare servizio di attenzione e comodo per molto tempo, anche se il sedile non ha bisogno di trasferire l'interfaccia. Il capo è molto entusiasta e può anche mangiare un delizioso cibo cinese. La prossima volta che vengo in Marocco, resteremo a vivere. Vale la pena di lodare cinque stelle.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo in tre e siamo stati in un appartamento molto grande con soggiorno con angolo cottura due stanze e due bagni. Ottimo il garage e incluso. Colazione ottima e varia sia marocchina che internazionale. Carina la piscina al piano superiore . Insomma consigliato per chi va a Casablanca
