Today I check in ginger hotel it's a very good experience and neet n clean atmosphere and mainly the kitchen staff are well behaved n properly dreshup and most importantly I try too many food items all items are very tasty and I would recommend other to come it's a great experience ..

Stay was good food and service was also good I m very happy with it also reception staff is very good and helping Food is very delicious and whenever I came to Ahmedabad so I m always stay in ginger Ahmadabad sg road Also Mr Soumya Ranjan and Raushan Kumar is very good and helping I prefer to every one to stay in ginger Ahmadabad sg road . My experience began with unprofessional and harassing phone calls from the hotel front desk. During the first call, I was rudely questioned about my check-in time and threatened with cancellation if I did not make an immediate payment via a QR code. I explicitly stated I would not comply, and the staff member was exceptionally rude. This was followed by another call reiterating the same inquiry about my check-in time, despite having a confirmed booking. Due to the lack of available alternative accommodations in Ahmedabad, I felt compelled to comply with the implicit threat and checked in at 8:30 PM. I received room 209 at 10:30 PM. Upon entering the room, I found the following unacceptable conditions: * Excessive mosquito infestation. * A broken tap and broken towel holder. * A missing safety latch for the night. * Broken electrical switches. * Stained bed linens. * A dirty floor with residue from previous guests. * A bathroom with significant hair accumulation. I have photographic evidence to support these claims. Please find attached. There was no staff available to address these issues. As I had no alternative accommodation, I was forced to endure these conditions for the night. I checked out at 6:00 AM on February 25th, after a mere 7 hours. This short stay at Ginger SG Road was the most appalling and unacceptable experience I have ever had with the IHCL group. The conditions were unsanitary, and the initial phone calls were harassing and unprofessional.

Everything was good the staff stay food service! My stay was excellent! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge who helped with local recommendations. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I would definitely stay here again."
