Location is good , needs to improve cleanses , feel too old hotel rooms , very bad smell in bed sheet and towel , it was set in my night cloth , old furniture in the room
breakfast is acceptable

Основной причиной, и как следствие основным достоинством этого отеля стало его расположение. Не очень долго ехать от аэропорта, и уже по направлению к следующему городу до которого надо было ехать на машине (более 5 часов).
Огорчала шумная улица под окном, где до поздней ночи постоянно гудели машины и мотоциклы.

The hotel is a converted property but well maintained and up to ITC Welcom standards. The staff didn’t appear to be well acquainted with 5 star hotel requirements. Some more training and a better, more thorough professional approach is required.

Restaurant staff were very cordial, caring and cooperative especially Ms. Gita and Ms. Nandita and other staff as well. Services are excellent. Food quality was just mouth watering. Ambience of the restaurant was very nice . Must visit.

Great . Very good service Nice staff. Spacious banquet . Just want to talk about screen. I think it should be bigger. Will suggest this to ***y more business owners. Also will suggest for wedding purposes. Thanks for your services Value for money

Really I can't imagine how they treat my friends, it's really appreciated that Mr Rocky, Amit, bhumi, Nandita , Vidhan, Gita provided best service wid full of love and feelings for their anniversary dinner, they arranged all the the things like candle light dinner and a beautiful cake wid bouquet really it meant a lot for us how they gave gesture to our gest just like a family, if I m talking about their behavior all are very very professional and beautiful by a good heart,thanks itc ,special thanks to Mr Rocky ji ,for made my friend's day more remembering ,also want to tell food was also yummy tasty ,will definitely take this amazing service soon
