Prenoto due camere quando ero li'. La prima stanza del bagno si è rivolta e ci vorrà quasi un'ora per la manutenzione per venire dovremo chiamare un paio di volte. La nostra seconda camera AC non funziona nel mezzo della notte dobbiamo trasferire in altre camere. Il bagno non è abbastanza elevato, quindi quando si sta dormendo l'acqua si è infilata. E'come un bagno inondato, grosso. Ma amo il cibo, i servizi e i ricevitori che sono così grandi. Credo che le loro stanze abbiano bisogno di un miglioramento. Questo è tutto

The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.

The services is great. I only want to open up about the room condition, when we enter we saw some dirts in the area and there is a booger on the wall. They should have double checked it and also the bed we were using has a hole on it meaning the bed is not in good condition yet it is working it should have been changed. Hoping to stay soon and hopeful for you handle this criticism constructionally.
