Era tutto in ordine, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e pulito, l'unica cosa che doveva essere indicata era il colazione, pensavo che potesse esserci più varietà, solo il basso. Per esempio, frutta laminata, uova mescolate, frutta secca, vari formaggi e confetture domestiche. Ma in generale mi piaceva molto di aver soggiornato in questo hotel.

È stata una piacevole esperienza, il personale molto confortevole ed efficiente; il colazione era delizioso e vario. La camera aveva buone dimensioni per due persone, un letto confortevole e spazioso, con molti posti di riposo, con cortine black-out molto efficaci e era ben climatizzato. Il bagno aveva una buona doccia, con una potenza eccellente e ben regolata a livello di temperatura. Tuttavia, l'insonorizzazione della stanza potrebbe essere molto meglio.

Pulizia molto buona. Ti trattano con gentilezza. La colazione varia e sufficiente anche se senza cibo caldo nel caso qualcuno lo cercasse. Dolci in genere pochi perché tirano fuori vassoi e volano. Puoi avere frutta, toast, frittelle, cereali. Il caffè non è il massimo. L'hotel si trova vicino a Lisbona.

Amichevole con i clienti e ci sono i propri colleghi che era bello vedere che ci sarebbe rimasto quando tornammo qualche volta quest'anno per una piscina battesimo è bello e freddo è come il tempo britannico ma troppo freddo per una nuotata ma sarebbe stato sorprendente se fosse un Little hotter

Questa è una recensione molto miscela. L'hotel è bella in generale e spaziato nella storia. Le aree pubbliche sono molto belle e ci sono molti angoli interessanti per rilassarsi. Il colazione è eccellente e il personale molto piacevole. Tuttavia, abbiamo prenotato una camera superiore che costa quasi 250 euro per notte, e non abbiamo avuto un'esperienza superiore. La terrazza del balcone era bella, vista sulla foresta, ma nonostante la presenza di spazio, c’erano solo due sedie in alto, una tavola e un salone solare lo avrebbero reso molto meglio e più confortevole. La stanza stessa era piccola e buia, e il bagno era in grande bisogno di rinnovazione. C’era un grande crack nella piscina e neri segni nel bagno, e tutto era solo molto stanco. Per questo non si sentiva molto pulito. I letti erano inconfortabili con mattoni molto carini, quindi non dormivamo bene. Ci aspettavamo molto di più da un soggiorno così costoso e dall'etichetta ”camera superiore”. Non era un'esperienza di cinque stelle.

We booked for an overnight stay to see the EDPjazz concert in Cascais. My partner booked it and specified that she needed a low floor as she suffers from vertigo. On arrival we were told we were on the 4 th floor. Oops. Not a good start. The receptionist was very helpful and we said we would leave our case and go for lunch. The replacement room was on the ground floor facing the pool . Unfortunately the smelly rubbish bin with all the cigarettes ash was right in upside the window. The pluses . We had a working fridge ( unfortunately it made a generator noise all night) but the room was clean and beds comfortable. Air con and tv in room. Breakfast was good. Better than some 4 star hotels we have stays in . Would we stay again for a short break, probably yes. Car parking in the street by the hotel was free as some roads in the area were not. Very friendly staff.

E' in posizione strategica per l'aeroporto, non per visitare la città da cui dista almeno una ventina di minuti in taxi dal centro. Stanze piccole, ma pulite, moderne ed essenziali. E soprattutto molto silenziose. Di fronte c'è un supermercato per le piccole necessità. Personale al desk molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso commentare la colazione in quanto siamo ripartiti molto presto. Se mi dovesse ricapitare di fare un breve scalo a Lisbona, ci tornerò sicuramente.

We had a great time during our 5 night stay at the Vila Gale Sintra. I’ll start with the pros of the resort. The property itself is beautiful. The pools, the scenery around the hotel are amazing. The family room layout was great for us. It was essentially what appeared to be what used to be two rooms combined into one. The large balcony was great for sitting out at night. The sunset was spectacular from our room. The kids activities were great as my kids got to enjoy the carousel, playground and trampoline park. Be aware though that they only open these at certain times throughout the day. The breakfast was great and had a ton of selections. There were a few cons, the first was the buffet dinner. It was quite expensive at 29 euros per person and the options werent great. They only really had one meat and one fish that they were cooking and there was a line to wait in if you wanted it. We only ate dinner there the first night. The room was partially refurbished. The carpet looked older and the sliding door within the room kept coming off the tracks. And the bathroom was a little odd in that the vanity was open to the rest of the room. So if someone needed to use the lights for it they would light potentially wake up the person in the room if they were sleeping. Then the WiFi, while it worked well for the most part, kept having to reconnect to the network. This happened on both my phone and iPad several times each day while I was there. The location of the hotel has its pluses and minuses. It is a quiet resort away from the city of Sintra. And it’s also located in a place that makes it easy to get to the beach and Colares. But there isn’t anything else right around the hotel so you need to rent a car or take an Uber to get around. We took and Uber and it did work pretty well. Nothing is within walking distance and the nearest bus stop is a 20-30 minute walk away.

Il mio partner e io abbiamo trascorso due notti qui dopo un hotel urbano per un po' di relax. La piscina è proprio sopra l'autostrada, ma la maggior parte dei tempi non si noterà. La vista della riunione Tagus sull'Atlantico è bella in qualsiasi momento. Il cibo nel ristorante era buono, ci è stato particolarmente piacevole la colazione. Il partner dell'hotel è con un massaggiatore locale, Nikita, che ha fatto un lavoro fantastico sulle mie gambe sovraoperate. Due giorni prima, andammo in una lucertola a Sintra e a Cabo da Roca, verso Praia da Aroeira, che mi ha lasciato un dolore incredibile, ancora (anche sicuramente vale la pena e molto raccomandato), e mi sono sentito più rilassato e meno doloroso. Se si ferma in questo hotel, il massaggio non deve essere perso, per solo 40 Euro (più suggerimento, perché c'mon, siamo tutti bravi persone qui). La stanza era comoda, ma avevamo un piccolo problema con l’aria condizionata, dove l’aria non sarebbe fredda abbastanza per il mio partner caldo. Il letto era sufficiente per dormire una buona notte, anche se sarebbe stato apprezzato un altro pozzo.
