Going to this hotel was a nightmare; after entering my experiences are as following 1.Light in the lift was not working. 2. In the corridor there were insects and gutkha spits 3. Discarded furniture was kept in the corridor, with empty alcohol bottles, which had attracted mosquitoes and flies. 4. Bed sheet had spit spots, though they changed it after multiple requests. 5. Curtain was broken, wasroom was unhygienic 6. In the night we saw cockroaches in the room, that's when we decided to leave the hotel and booked another hotel, but the staff harassed us and didn't allow us to checkout, we spoke to the GM of this hotel through one guy's phone then they allowed us to checkout. 7. I forgot my blazer in the room, which when I went to collect in the hotel, they refused to return, when we found it in the room, this guy in the picture ran behind us to hit us. 8. Staff threatened us saying ”This is not Delhi we can hit you and show you that this is Agra” Please be aware before booking this hotel that staff is aggressive and unprofessional ***** with all the issues i mentioned above.

Very very average hotel. Rooms with no amenities. You have to ask for it all ghee the time for towl saop water etc. Located in baluganj very very average

Staff were very friendly. I was ill during that time and they arranged luke warm water for me and even helped us in traveling agra even though it was not included in their services.

Hotel is nice, room was also good, breakfast was also good and Mr. Sonu Sharma was good in his services... I would like to bring in notice that, i stayed in room 211 with my brother and sister-in-law, means 3 persons. At the time of check in i clearly offered at Reception counter to make my room 3500 All Inclusive for 3 persons with breakfast. Receptionist denied for the same. I paid full amount of INR 3920 for 3 persons and got mattress as well in the room. The point is the Invoice Bill which i got is for only 2 adults, which means the person cheated and manipulated the system. He did not show 3 persons in tge system only 2 and asked only 2 ID's, but in Arruval & Departure Register i have mentioned 3 guests entry. Not only this, we 3 had tea the morning staff at reception firstly asked cash, i did not had it i asked for UPI, i paid via UPI into his account but not got bill of that INR 160. Again the cheating is being done. Main nahi likhta ye sab agar ye baat jab maine saamne se offer kia ke paise rakh lo, tab badi badi baat kia ke hamara hotel ye sab nahi karta delhi se controlling hoti hai etc etc. And in the end aap logo ne paise chori kie aur kia wahi jo maine aapko offer kia tha......

Posizione di trasporto: l'hotel è a soli 5 km dall'aeroporto di Agra ea 1 km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Agra. La posizione non è male, ma è un po' lontana dal Taj Mahal e richiede un tuk-tuk, che impiega circa 20 minuti. Impressioni generali: l'hotel è un edificio in stile inglese con una storia di oltre cento anni. Prima che possa essere visto, il suo proprietario dovrebbe essere una grande famiglia locale. Al giorno d'oggi, ci sono ancora molti ritratti delle foto del proprietario come dipinti decorativi. I personaggi sono dignitosi e ben vestiti. Si può dedurre che la persona che può conservare foto così nitide in quell'epoca deve essere di origine straordinaria, probabilmente un certo principe. Il servizio di front desk era molto buono. C'era un regalo di benvenuto non appena siamo arrivati in hotel. La nostra famiglia di tre persone ci ha regalato un mazzo di ghirlande sul collo e abbiamo anche messo un punto rosso sulle sopracciglia, che si dice sia un segno di fortuna. Impressione della camera degli ospiti: le camere sono in stile molto locale. Dal letto alla toletta, tutti i mobili sono molto vecchi e antichi. La camera è dotata di TV e anche il bagno è molto grande. Inoltre, a causa della grande differenza di temperatura tra la mattina e la sera, ogni stanza è dotata anche della stufa a gasolio, fa molto caldo. Strutture pubbliche: L'hotel dispone di un giardino all'inglese con altalene e sedie a sdraio in giardino. C'è anche una piscina nel cortile. L'ambiente è buono. Puoi vedere le scimmie nell'hotel. Servizi di ristorazione: Il ristorante dell'hotel si trova al primo piano e offre servizi di ristorazione per tutte le stagioni. La colazione va bene. Dopo il pranzo in hotel, il prezzo è più alto, la velocità di servizio è lenta e il gusto è nella media, quindi non è raccomandato. L'hotel nel suo complesso è molto locale. Il personale è attento e cortese. Quando siamo partiti, abbiamo anche regalato a ciascuno di noi una caramella ben confezionata. Vale la pena soggiornare ad Agra.

Small cockroaches are everywhere in the hotel. If you leave a tea cup on table after finishing your tea. After sometime you will find one roaming in the cup. At night they take over the floor, as soon as you dim the lights. Rats in the kitchen are other pests.
