Hotel was decent, slightly disappointed that this was the only “5 star” option in Agra, but certainly comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating.

grande hotel moderno in buona posizione. Buona accoglienza all'ingresso. Camera non preparata per tempo, terzo letto, prenotato con notevole anticipo, mancante. Poca attenzione alla pulizia. Buffet con cibi gradevoli. Buono ed attento il servizio.

l’hotel è molto bello, le camere pulite e ben fornite di tutti gli optional. Ristorante sul roof ottimo con prezzi giusti. Colazione bel fornita e servizio di Arbaz impeccabile 🙃. Lo consiglio se venite ad Agra. Grazie di tutto Riccardo e Elena

L’hotel è bello. Offre piscina all’aperto, sala massaggi, centro spa e benessere. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. Collegamento wifi buono. Dista 1,5 km dal Taj Mahal eccezionale opera di architettura. Ci fermeremo due notti in questo albergo perché purtroppo è stato annullato il nostro volo aereo per Varanasi. La cena di stasera è stata soddisfacente con buona varietà di piatti.

Stanza ampia molto luminosa con parquet, prese elettriche internazionali, 2 bottiglie di acqua gratis al giorno, bagno con vasca, doccetta igienica per water, ciabattine, no accappatoio, pulizia dei pavimenti scadente, insonorizzazione scadente. Pulizia della stanza mediocre. Colazione e ristorante con ampia scelta di piatti indiani, quasi tutti molto piccanti e speziati. Personale alla reception distratto, poco accogliente e confuso. Ampio giardino e grande piscina con disponibilità di lettini e teli. Nel giardino possono aggirarsi scimmie piuttosto aggressive. Palestra a livello piscina abbastanza attrezzata ma senza asciugamani né salviette per pulire gli attrezzi.

Hotel squisito elegante e vintage, piscina ottima privacy garantita. Personale disponibile, cordiale e accogliente, ristorante ben fornito, cibo indiano ottimo e dolci tipici speciali. Best hotel in Agra Mago al piano superiore! Amit and Manoj the best

Siamo stati bene qui 3 notti 5 amici 3 camere gentilezza professionalità distinguono questo hotella differenza la fanno i ragazzi che lavorano alla colazione specialmente uno sempre super sorridente ed al ristorante alle carta abbiamo mangiato bene e pagato il giusto☀️

Hotel di buon livello con piscina grande e pulita, ristorante e ogni comodità. Accoglienza e gentilezza eccezionali, in particolare da parte di Mr. Ramesh che è sempre stato molto disponibile a supportarci anche nei momenti di difficoltà (problemi di salute durante il soggiorno). Le stanze sono ben arredate, silenziose, spaziose, il letto è comodo e la pulizia è buona. La cena e la colazione sono accettabili e con molta varietà. Tutto il personale sia in reception sia nel ristorante è gentile e disponibile. Consigliato

This is a large 80’s style hotel set across spacious gardens close to all Agra has to offer. Large, palatial marble lined foyer with expansive hallways. Good sized, plush room with a/c and ceiling fan. Room has a fridge,safe, writing desk and two lounge chairs. Air conditioning struggled to get the room temperature below 23C but the ceiling fan was helpful. Water pressure was weak. We utilised the laundry services, which were quick, proficient and good value. The buffet restaurant was good quality - particularly the breakfast and dinner. As commented on earlier, the building is vast but both the upstairs bar and the buffet restaurant were both surprisingly small, making getting seating sometimes a challenge. They are currently undertaking some renovation works, which is happening quite unobtrusively, so I hope they remedy this in their refurbishment. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Very big hotel. Location perfect ! Large room with nice bath room. Good bed but no terrace and no spectacular view. Dining area not so cosy. To get something to drink with your food.... it takes long time ! We had almost finished our meal and than our beer came. Nice reception hall, good & large elevators.

Food was really good and so varied, it was a buffet. Rooms also great , . There were many facilities, such as gym, spa, swimming pool, big green areas and so on . Divya was so kind with us, she helped us every time we requested. It was an amazing experience there.

The hotel was beautiful?, clean, comfortable, fabulous food. The breakfast was particularly wonderful... everything you can imagine. DIVYA AND MANOJ were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed including lots of tea and coffee. The hotel has amazing staff but my two friends I mention went above and beyond🥰🥰

Divya was very attentive to us during breakfast service. She noticed we were looking for a specific type of chai and had a special cup made for us with ginger. She exemplifies the hotel’s desire to keep a high standard of customer satisfaction.
