サービスを1にしたのは、スタッフの1人が女性専用のドミトリーに勝手に入ってきたからです。全部屋鍵が壊れており、ドアに鍵をかけることができません。夜寝る際は、持っていた紐を使って、ドアを固定しました。
勝手に入ってくるのでそうせざるを得ませんでした。
そのスタッフはわたしに好意があったのかわかりませんが、距離がとても近くボディタッチが多かったため、滞在中もできるだけ2人にならないようにしていました。しかし、チェックアウトして別の都市に移ったあとも連絡をしてきました。返事をぜず放置していたら、他の宿泊客とは連絡を取っていることを咎められ、その宿泊客の悪口をいい始め、最後には下品な言葉を使ってわたし自身に対する罵倒も始めました。恐怖以外のなにものでもありません。このホテルどころか、この人がいる限り、2度とアーグラーには行きたくないです。他のスタッフや設備は良かったので、性別で分けたくはありませんが、男性なら大丈夫かもしれません。女性には絶対におすすめしません。

Great host with good vibes , staff Farukh is so nice and helpful and they makes you laugh each and every time …. Rooftop is good place to chill out and also other staff member to owner is soo nice and helpful .. love to stay and for sure come back 💙💙💙

The hostel is quite old, and the rooms definitely need some restoration and better maintenance. However, the staff really made a difference in my stay. The team is incredibly nice and accommodating. They were flexible with late check-out and were always there to help, whether I needed a hot shower or a hair dryer. Their kindness truly stood out. A special shout-out to Matthew at the rooftop restaurant! He is such a nice, kind, and friendly soul—a person you definitely want to meet while in Agra. His warm personality added a welcoming touch to my experience.Overall, while the hostel itself could use some improvements, the staff's hospitality made my stay enjoyable. Thanks a lot, guys!

Amazing experience, the most friendly and helpfull staff 🤩 Abi gave us all info, also for another cities, explained everything, Mathew connected all the strangers on the rooftop and took us 7 to a festival and it was the most fun and genuine experience and way better we could possible imagine. We left as friends! 🤩 Room was clean and very good location with all possible options to eat within 10min walk

Firstly where i was staying the bulb in my dorm was not working i think still. The bathroom was very dirty even asap maintenance is required there, + the night duty guy was good and helping nature
