Our check in was close to midnight after a long drive and the staff was excellent. Unfortunately, our room on the newly-renovated 3rd floor had a door that wouldn’t latch. Trudged down to ask for different room. Walked down hall to room towards end of same floor and it was super cold in hallway. Got in room and it felt like a meat locker. Determined that heater was blowing out cold air (felt like from outside) through half of vent. By that time my kids were too tired to care and immediately fell asleep fully clothed. I could not sleep, as the mattress was ice cold by that point. Trudged down in my robe around 2AM and front desk gave me an extra comforter and radiant plug-in heater, which helped tremendously. Finally got 3 hours of sleep before having to get up to drive again. Horribly disappointed in this Hilton-affiliated property. Good luck retaining your staff! Will never stay here again.
