Avoid at all costs. This place is a complete scam. We booked and paid fully upfront only to find they were full on arrival. They then messed us around with changing. This is a complete scam. They void their own responsibility. They passer the blame onto Agoda and didn't take responsibility.

We directly booked this property through Guru(manager) and got a better deal than any of the travel sites. We opted for their new rooms (Top 1 and 2) which are sea facing first floor rooms. The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious with huge balconies. Since we had booked both the rooms with adjacent balconies, we got much more space than expected. The balcony is so huge that they had placed 2 beach beds ***** with 2 chairs and a table. A quick 2min walk from the room and you will be in water. Agonda beach is known for its white sand, clear water and it didn’t disappoint us. The beach wasn’t as crowded as it used it be. The dining options on the beach were amazing and we enjoyed live music during dinner throughout our stay. The biggest issue we faced at the property was water pressure in the bathroom. Since these rooms and new and on first floor, they have a dedicate pressure pump which they switch on only when we go and request. That part was a little inconvenient and they need to find a permanent solution for this issue. There was no mineral water or toiletries provided in the room. We didn’t try eating at their restaurant as we had better options close by. It’s a nice place to enjoy stunning beach view and stay for couple of days!

Great little huts in a small garden near to the resort and kept immaculate with daily housekeeping, delivered us water everyday too! Mr Jack and his team couldn’t do enough for us! Thanks for a lovely stay!

New common home, to be honest this place is the best place to stay , food is very delicious, staff is very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Mr jack , Antu Kumar, Kaushal Kumar , Mitun and chef Sagar. You guys are numero uno . I would love to visit this place again. Ficámos nos Bungalows da New Common Home e usámos o zona de Bar/Restaurante, diariamente, durante uma semana. Extraordinário! Limpos, bem equipados e com um cuidador dedicado cujo nome não fixei...não falava inglês. O staff é fantástico, não se pode querer melhor TOP! A Khushali e o Guro na gestão e recepção são escecionais, prestáveis, amáveis, dominam bem o inglês e são muito eficazes, o Ajay Singh no bar e restauração ficou como meu amigo, tal como a Khushali e o Guru. Todos os três nunca serão esquecidos. Os pequenos almoços, na esplanada são ótimos e com muito boa música a acompanhar. Os jantares, servidos na praia à luz de vela, são ótimos, também...peixe e soberbos camarões, sobretudo, escolhidos na montra, antes de preparados. As noites são animadas mas às 22.30h oi 23h, encerra tudo e a paz é total. A praia é enorme, segura viguada e é Índia, 100%. A Mar Arábico é quente e com umas ondinhas para quebrar a monotonia. É o único som da noite, um paraíso.

Отель очень понравился. Расположен в небольшой деревне с большой пляжной линией. Для Гоа пляж очень тихий и малолюдный. Кому хочется тишины и спокойного пляжного отдыха - лучше место не найдёте. В отеле бронировали апартаменты. Оказалось, что мы были первые после их ремонта. Всё абсолютно новое, на посуде и кастрюлях ещё остались этикетки. Апартаменты очень просторные, есть мини кухня со всем необходимым. При заселении не оказалось холодильника, но после нашей просьбы на второй день установили абсолютно новый. Очень удобный ортопедический матрас. Единственное замечание - это шумный кондиционер. Персонал в отеле достоин всяческих похвал. Да, сервис невысокого класса, часто нужно просить вроде бы об очевидных вещах. Но видно, что все стараются помочь. В ресторане большой выбор блюд по приемлемым ценам. Особо хочется отметить Рамиса. Мы не едим острой пищи. В большинстве ресторанов на просьбу принести неострые блюда всё равно приносят очень острое. Рамис же нас просто спас. Благодаря ему нам удалось питаться в ресторане без последствий.
