Super massaggio con Katerina!! Consigliatissimo Ottimo il massaggio alla schiena e collo molto rilassante. La spa di questo Hotel è molto accogliente ed il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale.

we spent a week in Cayo celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we were thrilled with our choice. we booked a BA holiday and flew inverness to Heraklion through T5. BA were great, bags arrived too! we booked a Merc transfer from airport to hotel and back and decided not to hire a car. this turned out to be perfect as the resort is only a 5 min walk to Plaka and all the tavernas, cocktail bars etc. Cayo resort, under the leadership of GM Panos, is exceptional. room was excellent, executive with pool and terrace, clean, great shower, breathtaking views. housekeeping was superb too. breakfast had a wide range and the quality was superb. the Cretan massage is highly recommended and Jean on spa reception was thoughtful and highly professional. we ate at the Kelari restaurant and the food was delicious. it wasn't overly expensive and you need to try this at least once in a week's stay. the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. if you are looking for a peaceful escape this is heaven. the beach bar has transfers to/from hotel and is well worth going down to. the sea is crystal clear and warm (enough!). no hesitation in recommending this. simply perfect.

We had a fantastic week's honeymoon stay at Cayo in mid-June. The service was amazing, the room was great and the views were breathtaking! We stayed in an executive room with private pool - it gave us good privacy and it was set to a high standard. The only thing was that it was very windy and there was a small gap on the sliding doors, which caused the wind to be quite noisy at night - not a major issue though. The service was impeccable and amongst the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. They were so friendly, room service was very fast and the transfers down to the Cayo beach was great. The hotel itself was very quiet, especially at night, but they did put on some events to try and get more people to eat at the hotel. Overall we had a fantastic week at Cayo and would definitely recommend it.

We visited cayo with my husband we had a great time We loved the food , the view from the hotel ,the sun ad the beach. We swam in cayo stone and we had an amazing dinner. We tried the spa we had some sauna and steam bath and the best Cretan massage from jeans team eleana and Zoe. We hope to visit again next year cayo. Thank you so much

A really beautiful hotel with wonderful service and impeccable attention to detail. Breakfast is exceptionally well organised with food to suit all tastes. Nothing at this hotel is too much trouble. We are staying in a premium room with a heated pool (we are still here however felt compelled to leave a review before we left). The terrace is large, the pool is a great size and the views are amazing. We will be back.

My husband and I both opted for the de-stressing ‘gentle kiss’ massage. Zoe and Eleana were lovely, they made us feel comfortable and very very relaxed. We also used the spa facilities (steam room, sauna & refreshing pool) to complete what was an utterly delightful experience. Definitely book a treatment or two during your stay at Cayo; your mind and body will thank you for it!

We stayed here for 10 nights on our delayed 2021 honeymoon and had the best time. We booked half board and the buffet style dinner didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic and there was a different menu every day so you had a lot of variety to choose from. The drinks are pricey but no different to any other resort in Plaka and if it's too expensive, there are plenty of other bars and tavernas in Plaka which are only a short walk away (or there is a shuttle bus the hotel puts on for free!). The staff were by far the most attentive and helpful that I've ever experienced in a hotel. They couldn't do enough for you and they were all lovely to talk to (especially Maria the main hostess in the restaurant - we will miss her a lot!). The room was great and the private heated pool was worth paying extra for! We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stunning location in the less busy part of Crete.
