This is the best hotel in Athens!!! The hotel is so beautiful the rooms and the view are crazy. The crew is so kindly and we will come back for sure!

Il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel ha lasciato molto a desiderare, rendendolo ben lungi dall'essere un'esperienza a 5 stelle. Il personale, sebbene cordiale, sembrava sopraffatto e costantemente di fretta dal banco della reception principale al ristorante per la colazione. È stato deludente vedere tavoli sporchi, carenza di tazze da tè pulite e piatti sporchi lasciati incustoditi durante la colazione, dove solo due donne gestivano la cucina. La maggiore presenza di sicurezza, inclusa la presenza della polizia, dovuta agli ospiti israeliani dell'hotel, è stata inaspettata. Inoltre, la musica della piscina all'aperto, a partire dalle 7 del mattino e continuando ad alto volume fino a tarda notte, si è rivelata dirompente per ogni speranza di relax. La posizione remota dell'hotel richiede che gli ospiti siano mentalmente preparati per un soggiorno appartato. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative e non prenderei in considerazione l'idea di tornare in questo hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, we encountered a major issue on our first night. There was an outdoor fair nearby, and the noise was incredibly loud—so loud it felt like someone was singing right next to us. This went on until around 3:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep. When we reported this to reception, they were sympathetic but unfortunately couldn’t offer much help besides giving us earplugs, which didn’t do much. As a result, we were all very tired the next day. Aside from that, everything else was lovely. The hotel is situated near a few shops and restaurants with reasonable prices. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but if there’s an event nearby, be prepared for some serious noise.

Our stay at your hotel was truly wonderful, and our only regret is that we could only stay for one night. The entire property is spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I would like to personally note both Mariana and George, who were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. They attended to all of our needs with great care, always with a smile, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The two hotel pools are also a standout feature. They are impeccably maintained, very clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The view of the sea from the pool area is simply breathtaking. Additionally, the water activities and floaties, located just steps from the hotel, provided a fantastic experience and were very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

As a Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a certain level of service and comfort from Hilton and unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. We were upgraded on our first night, then had another consecutive five nights reservation, however I was asked to pay for that upgrade although the app showed plenty of availability. I declined and was moved to a king deluxe bedroom overlooking very old houses, some walls, dogs and a busy road. Basically according to Maria, General Manager here, all king deluxe rooms will have the same noise issue and same facing view, please be aware when booking as not worry the money. One of the most significant issues we encountered was the noise disturbance from those neighbouring properties, the property underneath our balcony housed six massive dogs that are constantly barking and howling, it’s also a very busy road. The constant barking of dogs and the loud noise from passing cars made it difficult to sleep, significantly impacting our overall enjoyment of the stay. While we understand that the hotel's location may contribute to some noise, we believe that more could be done to mitigate these disturbances, such as providing better soundproofing or relocating guests to quieter rooms. Additionally, we were surprised to discover that certain amenities, such as water refills and coffee pods, were not included in the room rate. This information was not clearly communicated to us upon check-in, and we believe it is important for guests to be aware of such charges beforehand. Furthermore, the management's response to our concerns was disappointing. The insistence on moving rooms despite available options and the accusatory tone used by the general manager were particularly unpleasant. We believe that a more accommodating and understanding approach would have been more appropriate. Despite these negative experiences, we did appreciate the excellent service provided by the F&B team, concierge and members of staff. Their professionalism and kindness were a highlight of our stay. The beach and the pool are beautiful, pebbled beach with clear blue Agean water. We hope that management will take Hilton Honours members concerns seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the quality of their attitude and services, otherwise members will not be booking here.. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Isla Brown to other Hilton Honors members. This hotel was approximately £250 per night and I would rate this 2.5-3 stars and not 5! All of the above need fixing before I'd consider staying here again, we moved to Pefkaki Boutique Hotel Loutraki and finally managed to get a good night sleep .

The hotel itself, room, facilities and location were great. But am afraid to say I have had a terrible experience with the hotel being dishonest. Despite my best efforts to resolve the matter and chasing up to do so, they are now ignoring me. In short, the front desk representative stated the mini bar as complementary upon our checking in. My wife and kids all heard this too. On check out after a 5 day stay, I was charged for the 4 drinks we had consumed from it on our bill and for tips on food service I had categorically not given. I obviously raised these mistakes and the front desk representative, despite reluctance to do so and talking to me in a borderline arrogant manner, agreed to remove the charges from the bill. It is simply not right to charge a guest for items they have not agreed to. We then settled the bill. The next day, and without any warning, the hotel then recharged the mini bar costs to my credit card despite closing the bill with me the day before. It is now almost three weeks since raising this and I have chased multiple times for the hotel to refund. They have not done so and I feel I need to let the community know that irrespective of the amount, it is not right to be treated this way and I am going to have to block the transaction on my credit card to stop this injustice.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kindness and wonderful attitude of Joana, who works at the bar on the beach, contributed the most to our feeling and satisfaction. Dear Joanna, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind attitude. ❤️🙏🍀 By the way, the hotel has a beautiful beach and sea, a great location if you want to visit Athens and Nafplio. We enjoyed it because it is windy on the beach and you don't feel the heat. If we come to this part of Greece, we would come again to this hotel.
