Elotis Suites

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in the perfect location for our holiday. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, and with the bus stop being a 5 minute walk from the hotel, travelling to Chania was quick (about 20 mins), easy, and cheap (€2 each)! The hotel has a bus timetable in the reception. The area where the hotel is located has plenty of great restaurants and bars, along with many supermarkets. For restaurant recommendations, I would definitely suggest visiting Olivia’s, Isola seaside restaurant, and Terpsi (next door to the hotel). All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was great, they continued to restock items until the last few minutes which was lovely. The pool is a good size and has plenty of sun beds available; it was never completely busy when we visited. We were also able to store our luggage in the reception, for free, after we checked out which was incredibly helpful.

Hi,we stayed here for 9 nights. Very few customers this time stay here. My son has been swimming in the pool alone and jumping into the pool. He has ADHD however didn't hurt himself or anyone else. The manager came out, grabbed my sony the arm, grabbed the net out of my son's arm and through it onto the roof. He then tried to Shane me for being a bad parent and was running around shouting. As we are leaving today Crete at night - I went yesterday to reception to ask about extra time. No answer given then. This morning at 11am the reception lady knocked the door and demanded me to leave with my 11 year old at once. We are now at the beach opposite with all our stuff. Don't stay here, don't sponsor these bullies. Plenty of nicer places nearby.

Just got back from the elotis after spending a fortnight there. A lovely hotel to be at if you want to be in again marina. Hotel room was cleaned every day with clean towels. The bar staff are two brothers who run the place. Adonis and Joseph. Even though it is at the hotel grounds it is separated from the hotel. One o'clock they said the bar closes but many times we never left untill well after 2. Sometimes later. Now, when you are again marina there are no bars on the *****. Yes, you can get a drink but mostly at the restaurants where you have a meal. The elotis is the only place where there is a bar on the front. On the beach which is only across the road there you will find the bars, mostly the ones that backs on to hotels. No walk ways to each one but really walking on the sand if you stay on the beach side. So if you're looking to jump from bar to bar on the *****, forget it ! 30 mins up the road if you are walking you will find a string of bars or 5-10 mins bus ride, only 2 euros. The area is called plantanis. Up there is more lively than agia marina. So if you want a bit of music then head up there. The whole area is with people from Scandinavia with. 95%. And the rest with Brits, German, Dutch. No problem. But be warned if you are looking for that British theme you won't find it at agia marina. I was told that the only airport open to people from Scandinavia was chania airport and not herikion that's why there are so many there. Where as Brits normally fly in the other airport. Anyway a great place to be in. I did warm to it at the end and think I would go the hotel again.

A very good 3 star hotel,shower and loo very clean as was the main bedroom.staff very friendly and helpful,great location for the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance all in all very good hotel.The only issue we found is reception closes at 10pm and if the bar staff are not there you are hunting for a note on the front door which late at night is easily missed !Apart from that a great few days.

Fabulous in every way, great value for money, the friendliest most helpful staff, spotlessly clean, great location, 2 mins to beach located across the road. Slept well every night, good breakfast choice. Big shout out to Mia, Antonis and Joseph whose lovely smiles greeted us every day. We will definitely book again. Also recommend visiting Cabana Mare beach club for the comfiest sunbeds and amazing sushi and entertainment, 10 mins walk along the beach.

Fantastic hotel 10/10🥰. I was there with mye friends for a week and the service was perfect. Amazing pool and great breakfast. We felt really welcome and they did everything they could so we could have the best experience. Tonja the bartender made the best drinks❤️. I hurt my wrist and got bandage and all the help i neeed. We would recomend for everyon. We recommend the strawberry daiquiri from Tonja, the best bartender❤️
