Riad Clé de Sol

Beautiful surroundings, very attentive staff. On arrival was given some tasty fresh mint tea and shown to our room. Which we were slightly disappointed with as was fairly basic in comparison to the photos we had seen online. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the lamb tagine was beautiful! Breakfast was very repetitive and tasteless so bit disappointed. Would have liked an option for more variety. We booked a hammam and guided tour of Marrakech with the hotel all was done for us which was great, however booked the hammam for 4 pm we eventually got it at 5.45 pm and it went on until 9. Would definitely recommend was certainly an experience! Only downside was price was not given and specifics on how and when to pay for things so there was some confusion on check out. The tour guide was brilliant! Drivers great! The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. No hairdryer in our room, was given a room to change in before leaving and it did have a hairdryer! Shower was 🥶 cold on day 2 but lovely and hot other days. All in all a beautiful experience, would return to Riad but in a different room!

Absolutely awesome service and all rounded personal experience. Staff are very invisible yet ever present and attentive. All the service is with a broad smile and politeness that melts you away. It’s my second stay here and I didn’t think they could top my previous experience but they did so, effortlessly. Staff and management treat you like close loved family and no request is too much for them. A taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine is served at every meal with choice of sitting in the garden, in restaurant, rooftop or poolside. If you want tranquility and first class genuine service, this is the place to stay. It’s away from hustle and bustle of inner city yet close enough for city dash. A walk around the gardens and the neighbourhood brings a feeling of home away from home. Very peaceful and sensual. Definitely returning again.

After three days in the Medina this certainly was where you would want to be. The stars of this Riad are the staff followed by the peaceful location. The staff were friendly and attentive but never intrusive and as our flight was later in the afternoon and it was quiet allowed us to keep the room until then. Good location to visit the Atlas Mountains. The hotel organised a driver for us to spend a day there and we had a lovely time. Any regrets? Wish we had stayed a few more days and the spa was closed for a couple of weeks for decoration sadly but they would have recommended one close to us.

First time visiting Morroco and stayed at Riad Cle de sol for 5 nights. The staff are exceptional, very welcoming and kind. Tranquil and peaceful environment with variety of private spaces to relax. Food was available at all times. Clean and exquisite decor. I highly recommend and will visit again.

We spent 9 days in this wonderful place. We have been treated like kings. The place is beautiful, the staf is more than nice and Khalid the owner, is really great. Everything was perfect. Room beautiful, food great. The place to be to visit both Marrakech and the Ourika valley, and the Atlas.

This is an awesome place to stay. Great views of the Atlas Mountains, star gazing and spectacular sunrise and sunsets. We were treated like royalty. Unimaginable personal attention and my wife’s birthday & our anniversary treats we’re jaw dropping - absolute gem. The whole team were really really great. You’re left feeling like you’re the only one staying there - such personal service and attention to details. Despite short notice booking the experience and service was beyond expectations. Mr Khalid & his team literally give you the place and it’s just another home away from home! Enjoy a trip up the Atlas, walk around the Road gardens among olive trees and meet the tortoises. Don’t forget to try the hammam, visit Ourika, & Aghmat old city!
