Non ho mai visto personale così scortese. Abbiamo davvero l'impressione di disturbare sistematicamente il personale della reception. Quando abbiamo osato chiedere 2 caffè abbiamo avuto diritto a un "torna dopo ho troppo da fare". Il luogo potrebbe essere carino se non ci fossero così tante restrizioni. Wi-Fi solo alla reception e durante gli orari di apertura della reception. Divieto multiplo all'interno delle piscine. I posti sono freddi e poco accoglienti. Camera per 2 con solo 1 set di asciugamani da bagno e 1 calice. Ci hanno quindi chiesto un altro drink e tovaglioli che ci hanno detto di tornare il giorno successivo. Davvero un peccato, non consiglio questo hotel perché anche se non è costoso, è già troppo costoso da pagare.

Camere terribili sporche, NESSUNA pulizia, ogni ospite pulisce per l'ospite successivo: è disgustoso, NESSUNA disinfezione, cuscini e lenzuola vecchi non lavati, hanno un forte odore dopo il FUMO. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare questo posto in fretta

Personale per niente simpatico, nessun parcheggio, a parte quelli a 10€ a notte. nel 2022 niente wifi negli appartamenti, solo alla reception e solo negli orari di apertura. Ci hanno messo al piano terra, la nostra unica vista era un arbusto per 1 settimana; proprio dietro la piscina, quindi rumore dalla mattina alla sera. Nessuna presa nella seconda camera da letto e nel bagno. Un vero disastro e alla fine tocca a noi prendere la biancheria per la casa e portarla giù nel cestino. LOL.... I dintorni del residence sono sporchi. Nessun dipendente che incontri ti saluta. 2 attrezzature per farti piangere....la prima e l'ultima volta.

Buona posizione vicino al porto. Ma piccolo problema. Vai vai vai vai mia schiena. Biancheria da letto di m...... 2 prese elettriche in tutto l'appartamento. Serbatoio dell'acqua calda sopra il WC. Occhio alla testa signori. mi ripeto. Biancheria da letto di M E R D E.

Checked in okay and asked for sheets and towels. Were then informed that they don't supply them but offered us two packs of them for €12 each. Went to the room only to find a complete dump. The double bed was jammed into a room with no space around it, the other two beds were bunk beds. They had given us the sheets which turned out to be singles only and made of a sort of waxed paper. The double mattress was disgusting, the bunk beds not any better. There was nowhere to put luggage except in the living area, no hanging space at all. The place was supposedly a 5 berth. The toilet had a boiler above it restricting your access (mind your head).We decided to go for a walk in order to see if there were any other hotels nearby before just leaving and becoming homeless. We found one, booked it, paid again then returned to the Agetha to check out, we had only checked in about 2 hrs earlier. They then tried to charge us €97 city tax which after arguing was reduced to just under €4. We didnt bother asking for our money back. If you do stay here, beware of the car park behind the place, it costs a small fortune (in fact most of the public car parks are the same here). We parked overnight in one and they tried to charge €43 for 11 hours, fortunately the payment machine was faulty so they let us out free of charge. On street parking is available free everywhere and is an okay option.

What a dreadful place. It started with unfrendly staff. Then, in the room the smell of citronella cleaner almost took away your breath. The interior is heavely outdated, hard matrasses, only one available electricitysoccet (the others too unsafe to use, even sparks when trying), big boiler right above the toilet (you cannot stand peeing, and if you sit down you need to stand up carefully not to hit you head). Realy, even apart from the price being too high, it is absolutly not advisable to stay there. Horrible experience.

Very nice location, in the center of town! Great staff and very clean rooms! Two nice pools and very close to the beach. Will definive come back here! Thanks staff of Agathea! Hope you will continue this kind of service!

Uncharmy "hotel" - Service non existing. During our two week trip in Europe this hotel was definitely the only bad experience. We had forgotten to "pre order" bedwear , and when asking on the reception the willingness to help us was 0%. Even when asking for new toiletpaper you feel questionned. Pool area ok but totally uncharmy, no possibility to drink or eat anything, no bar no icecream. Icecream you can purchase at the reception but need to wait for the staff to come and pick it for you from the icecream fridge. Rooms very worn, AC not working, only blowing air. Only good thing about this hotel is its central place by the port and the center. Walking distance to the big Richelieu Beach which is great. Next time we will look for another hotel.

Three of the receptionists are nice and helpful; one is rude for no reason. The front desk closes at 19h00; there is one sign telling you that in case of need you can call a certain number. No-one answers that number and no-one returns your call. They have a laundry room, which they don't tell us, which becomes locked at 19h00 for no reason, which they also don't tell us, so I was walking around the whole property carrying my dirty clothes looking for someone to tell that the laverie is locked but there is no way to communicate after 7pm.
