The resort is at a good location, the road from bangalore to resort is very good. The last 1 km is mud road. We stayed at heritage. Rooms were clean and good. There is sit out area, so you can sit and relax. We had breakfast and dinner. Both of them had a huge selection and the food was good. There is high tea as well and that was good. There are good view points, there is some trek involved. There are games like badminton, table tennis, table football. Good viewpoints to take photos. There is swimming pool also, though we didn't use it. Good music is played. Overall very positive.

Its not senior citizen friendly. They have 2 buggies out of which one never worked and other one did not have a driver. The room service is very slow if you have to order. The receptionist is too grumpy and doesnt have a smile. Since the network there is slow they take a lot of time to check you in. The other staff are good and the rooms are comfortable. The access road close to 1. 1 km is very bad one can try a 4x4 testing there. The manager has a smile though but that alone doesnt work. There are not much activities in this resort. Dont plan a staycation the wifi is pathetic.

Poor amenities. No internet or wireless throughout our stay. Apparently there was a problem with the modem. No DG for power cuts. They said they keep it off during rain for safety which doesn’t make sense. Private pool water was surety when we checked in which was cleaned later. 45 mins delay during check in. From desk guy says to another guest waiting to be checked in “you want me to take you to an unprepared room?” When all these problems were there the manager is hiding. He’s never there when there is an issue and the staff is helpless to resolve anything. Dining experience was good. Good food with good service. Ajay (ajju) treated everyone well.

The property is awesome located in serenity of Sakleshpur hills and coffee plantations.Ajay Kharka is outstanding with his hospitality and singing skills. Impressed with his ability to balance these things also making sure the guests are received well!Will return soon.

Stay was amazing, Property was well maintained with scenic surroundings all round, Staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs , Special mention to Ajay K from the staff who mesmerises with songs during Dinner, Indoor/outdoor activities can be improved/added. Overall must recommended.

Amazing stay. Property provides amazing view. Staff is very courteous and food was good. Breakfast spread was also very decent. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are clean

Had a very good experience at stay here. View point in the property is simply superb. We got to experience the misty weather right at the property couple of times. Live karoke night by Ajay creates a very pleasant dinning experience, he is very talented and was singing wide varieties of songs. Anish in restaurant was considerate to take customized request interms of food as we were traveling with a kid who is choosy in his food. Anand and his team were welcoming right from the beginning and helped us throughout our stay.

Beautiful location, had booked a private pool villa and there are breathtaking views from the resort and room. The best thing about the place was the service levels and the polite nature of the staff especially Vivek. He was very helpful with his sweet nature meant he bonded with my 2 year old as well, very prompt and open to suggestions with nice recommendations. We enjoyed the 2 nights at this peaceful place away from digital presence and soaking in the solitude. Recommended place to take a break and enjoy the view especially infinity pool with good food.
