The stay is good but priced on a higher side as compared to the other stays in Sakleshpur, but we had a good time, would like to give special mention to Hoi and Ajai for their friendly and warm gestures throughout the stay, the whole staff was welcoming and supportive. The property has good views and have trekking as well. The candle light dinner at the Pool area was very well organised and memorable 🙌🏻

Nice calm place with minimum distractions. The staff there are humble and simple. They genuinely care. You may not see a 5 star touch, but their genuineness to help and make sure you are having a comfortable time makes up for everything. Anand from front office, Ajay in the restaurant (he also sings well and has a slightly philosophical mind), Bala, Rahul, Geethali, Shilpa were all great. Their chef Sreeroop is wonderful. He makes some very unique cusines off the menu if he has a reasonable relaxed day. The team takes feedback seriously and fixes issues and ensures anything that has gone wrong is addressed and ensure the guests are satisfied. Overall a very nice place if the objective is to only relax, chill, eat, drink, pamper yourself with massage and nothing else.

This resort is nestled inside a coffee estate. It is around 30 min drive by road from Sakleshpur railway station. There are lot of open spaces and internal roads to hang out, take a stroll, etc. Rooms were in various categories depending on the view, space area, etc. We stayed in one of the heritage thottimane rooms. Each of the heritage thottimane category spaces had 4 rooms within a big area and a central thotti (small tank) for collection of rainwater. Restaurant is centrally located, quite big and it is a walk of around 150mtrs from the nearest room. The breakfast spread was very good. They had an in-house singing talent by the name Ajay who sang a repertoire of old and modern bollywood and a couple of Kannada songs during dinner. He had very good voice and kept us engaged. There were 2 swimming pool - one big and the other smaller one. The smaller pool was heated, even though open to atmosphere. The bigger pool looked clean from outside but was considerably unclean. We found a dead frog floating near the pool floor, some insects, etc. To add to this, they played loud music from big speakers which was quite noisy. They need to focus on these things. The entire staff at the restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance staff, were very courteous with a special mention of Kiran (at the restaurant) and the hotel's General Manager.

what would a sane human being expect when you play ~50K for a 2 night trip? close to atleast a 4 star at the least? we were SHOCKED at the way our trip went especially with kids. we decided on a weekday to beat the city traffic and landed to a horror. they did NOT recruit kitchen staff, i assume the "chef" is one of the other staffs who doesnt know anythign about food. somehting as basic as noodles/ curd rice was so so pathetic. and the ATTITUDE of people at the kitchen whenever we went to ask for food. they had the nerve to ask us " Do you know the lunch timings? " after we came from a tiring day of trekking and waterfall visits. HORRIBLE food. terrible service! every single meal we literally had to beg. The room promised a private pool which was so so dirty and terribly maintained. with 50K i couldve have sumptuous meals and comfortable home stay. did a terrible mistake of choosing this property which is completely cut off where you dont have any other options around.

Could have been better as it seemed not very professionally managed. The quality of service (except the restaurant) was lacking. For example: 1. Old linen - had to ask to change used bed linen late in the evening, as beds were not freshly made for new arrivals! 2. No bath or hand towels on arrival. Had to ask for them. Again, towels were removed and not replaced after housekeeping service the next day and so had to be sought. 3. Both almirah doors did not have a handle to open them! so had to be left open during the stay as carpenter was not available on site during our stay!

Luxurious stay with lots of amenties. Great hospitality, yummy and variety of cusines in both veg and non veg. Evening karaoke singing by resort staff was heavenly. Scenic view infinity pool and view point. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Planning to stay more in coming days
