Hotel is not on an 5* international level, but for marocco probably acceptable, expect maximum 3*. Food is mediocore, staff doesn‘t pay attention, they are on the phone.. The reception and the management staff is poorly trained and managed. It took us more than three hours to check-in, cuz they claimed they had no reservation received. After sending them all the documents & details, contacting trip.com so they manage the problem directly with the hotel, and waiting for another hour we could check in at 3pm. We dealed with the whole situation and the experience is definitely not acceptable. At least we get now a simple room-upgrade, or maybe a free late check out? any comepensation at all after this desaster? You wish, they said: we are fully booked, strange that it sill showed a lot of better rooms or even a suite on booking for that duration free to book, i mean at least don’t lie... I would try to find another hotel to stay. Ps: the picture of the jacuzzi shows probably poo (it smelled and looked likt it) avoid at all costs.
