My friend and I stayed at the View Agadir during the last week of August and it was a beautiful little paradise. The Views at The View are genuinely aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Some of the staff go above and beyond to be of assistance in any way they can, sadly I didn’t get all of their names. There are a few though: Marwan the breakfast manager- his service was exceptional! Mohamed Faraoun- he worked at the snack bar by the pool, super attentive, full of advice and very helpful! A shoutout to the young man who got the taxis for us, the tallest of them all! We really appreciated all of his help and advice on travel and costs! So much more helpful than the concierge… Ismail Errami- the most helpful member of staff by the pool - always helps with whatever you need. Whether it be towels, an umbrella, a chat or a game of ping pong! They should promote him to the front desk as he was a lot more helpful than some of the people there. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and we were spoilt for choice. Also, the beach was easily accesible from the pool which was fantastic. There are however a few things which make this hotel fall short of the 5* it claims to be. First of all, we were not given the room with a view as we were led to believe (apparently this is because we booked the hotel as a package with Easyjet) If you called for anything like towels to the room it took an entire hour and multiple phone calls to actually get to you… On the first date we were kept waiting for hours to resolve an issue as it just got passed from staff to staff who kept seeming to forget about us! One of the door handles for the bathroom was broken. There was a woodlouse and silverfish in the bathroom- both signs of damp. Either they are keeping their towels in a damp place or there is a damp issue in the bathroom. Hopefully these are all thing they can improve on as I am aware it is a relatively new hotel!

For a 5 star hotel, this falls way below the standards. Continuous requests for the most basic things get completely ignored and forgotten about. Check in experience was nice, our guest relationship lead was helpful. Yaseen assisted with arranging a transfer which helped. All other staff and basic elements of service were non-existent. Breakfast was good. Tea was offered on the first morning but not again after. Wouldn't stay again, do not recommend. Pool bar and room service menu are very disappointing. Not enough choice and food standards were low. Had the pizza and burger. Iced coffees tasted different everytime we had one. This without mentioning that service was extremely slow for EVERYTHING. Had to leave the pool area one day to head back to our room after it was taking so long for a plate of fruit salad to arrive. Would advise to pay a little more and get a proper 5 star hotel. The actual hotel is beautiful as is the vast pool area. Good access to the beach and hotel leads right outside to the cornich area.

It’s really beautiful spa , I loved my experience there. The massage was really excellent from loubna. The hotel is wonderful and all the staff were welcoming . Clean room and excellent service, the swimming pool was nice and the food is really delicious. I do like my experience in the view hotel and I recommend the this place. I come again with my family

It was a really nice experiance. I dafenetly try it again. The atmosphere of the spa is very comfort and has a very nice and special smell. Rasheedah took good care of me. She is very friendly and have sence of humer. The hotel in general is beautiful and the staff are helpful. It is the second time i stay in this hotel. Thank you for your hospitalety :)

Highly recommended. Nearly perfect just a few glitches they need to resolve. However it was our second visit in three months and we just love the hotel, staff location and everything The View has to offer. Let’s get the cons out the way… the reception staff are not very welcoming only focused on getting you to put a huge daily deposit on your credit card as soon as you arrive. This is not necessary and I’d advise against it. Pay as you go, the hotel is expensive and as soon as you step outside the gates everything is a fraction of the price. Restricted tea, coffee milk and sugar in the room is annoying as you need to pay for extras. The construction work going on beside the pool, it’s tends to just become a noise that you get used too. The pros!! The location and the incredible view, the staff are exceptional and can’t do enough, they are attentive, interested and just wonderful!! Breakfast is a wonderful culinary experience and not to be missed. The rooms are a good size, comfortable bed and kept immaculate. Beautiful pool spa and gym. An incredible resort, can’t wait to return to our Moroccan family in Sept. A special mention to Yassin who became part of our family and the pool boys. You are all amazing and work so hard ❤️

We stayed 3 wonderful days at this hotel and the hotel did not disappoint! We were welcomed by the grand elegant entrance of the hotel, we arrived in the evening and the hotel is quite spectacular at night with the lights and landscape leading into the hotel. The interior was modern and grande, and the smell.... it's like walking into a spa, they had these room aromas and the hotel smelt plesant!! We were given a tour by the charming 'Hamza' of the hotel, the swimming pool, the grounds are kept in perfect condition. There were 2 restaurants and a bar jazz music room. The gym was a bonus for us, it was an adults playground! They had all the high tech equipment, the decor was modern and everything was very clean. (The man in the gym was great, always water and a towel ready for our workout, thank you!) The grounds are all well kept and there are plenty of seats and loungers by the pool. We did not try the spa, maybe next time. The bedroom and bathroom was modern and clean, you can see everything was high quality. It was so lovely to receive a hand written note to welcome us with some patisseries and fresh fruit, the note was really a nice touch! Thank you! The bedding's are excellent quality, we slept well, the doors are heavy sound proof so you can not hear any noise in the hallway. The breakfast at the hotel is fresh and healthy which was refreshing, there were so many choices of fruit, breads, honeys, eggs, cheeses, ham, pancakes. We also tried the Italian restaurant which is a Michelin 1 star , a lovely surprise was 'Hadja' the singer! she sang beautiful! we enjoyed our meal surrounded by the lovely ambiance, it is worth a try! I can not recommend this hotel enough, it exceeded our expectations, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning! The staff were all so warm and professional. If you are looking for a relaxing 5 star hotel, look no further, this is the hotel you should stay at!
