We loved our stay in borjs hotel and made us very welcome and felt like a family home a big thankyou to all staff members who looked after us especially amin and the pool area staff and breakfast staff will come back and visit again evrething is near you the restaurant dishes is the best 👌 my favourite is tagine barcok yummy 😋 thankyou borjs hotel suites and spa for making our stay a great memory to remember Morocco 🇲🇦 such a beautiful country to visit especially it's people we love Morocco 🇲🇦 ❤️⛱️🫶

I have a bit of a mixed review of this one. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly, particularly the women and cleaning staff, the food wasn't too bad at lunch and dinner, it was relaxing around the pool with music on, the balcony offered a pretty view, there was an ATM on site which was nice, it was a decent sized room for the price. But I definitely wouldn't give this four stars. The breakfast was disappointing, cappuccinos were inconsistent (good in the morning, tasted nothing like one in the afternoon and the one day we pointed this out they sent a chef out to ask us what was wrong with it which was a little intimidating over a drink), there isn't really anything close so no stores or anything and as females, going outside the hotel ended up being more hassle than we thought it would. The TV didn't really work, there were no English channels so we tried Netflix but it could barely register the internet so we gave up. Service was inconsistent, when we first arrived table service didn't seem to be a thing, then it was, then we were even getting free bread and olives and then they just stopped again. I understand maintenance staff can't always do their work out of hours, but our first two days they were painting the floors of the pool area (which reminds me, do not sit on the stone out front, it'll stain your clothes terracotta). Rooftop bar is also quite confusing to get to, better signage could be in place. You can't access it from inside the hotel, there's apparently an elevator in the restaurant (we didn't bother in the end). So the staff are great, place not so much.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were noisy early in the morning, which made it hard to rest. Unfortunately, the room was not well-prepared — it was missing basic items like a carpet that are usually expected. Overall, the service felt lazy and inattentive. I do not appreciate the level of accommodation we received and would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
