Nice place to stay near the Gold Coast. You will really need a car to stay there. Plenty of wildlife, we saw kookaburras, kangaroos, cokatoos and plenty more in the property itself.

Beautiful peaceful place, clean and comfortable. Lots of kangaroos, cockatoos and kookaburras which were amazing to us kiwi travelers, plenty of other birdlife too, including a white-bellied sea eagle which sometimes perched in the trees above the lake. Turtles and water birds in the lake, fun to feed while kayaking, bags of food for sale at reception. No charge for hire of kayaks, pedal-boats, golf clubs and golf balls, tennis rackets, and just a small charge for hire of pool towels and bikes. Pitch and putt course was fun for kids, quite rough, but no worse than our golf skills. 5 min drive to Hinze dam, interesting place, nice picnic areas. Friendly staff. Pool was lovely in mid-April, not heated at that time, might have been too cold for locals but perfect for us to cool down in the 25-28 degree days. Great pool area with shade, loungers etc. overlooking the lake.

Very beautiful and peaceful. The wildlife was enjoyable. Lovely rooms and staff. There's a variety of wildlife. We enjoyed the lake view and setting in the hills. There are eating places nearby and many things to do.

A nice quiet resort in the Hinterland region. Friendly staff, guests. Nice big pool. Golf as well. Large spacious suites. Plenty to do in the area but YOU MUST HAVE A CAR. Loads of kangaroos, wallabies and birds on the property. Sadly, ny cafe or restaurant on property.

We had the absolute best week staying at this beautiful hidden gem. The setting was stunning, all amenities were clean and tidy, and staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Sharon at reception who helped us book experiences and was so lovely and kind! We enjoyed the BBQ meet n greet and Wednesday Roast, golf, pool and spa. Location wise it was easy to get to everything we planned and it was great at the end of each day to come back to the quiet calmness of the lake.

It is an amazing place to take the family, young and old kids. They have plenty of activities you can do , golf, paddle boats, canoes, mini golf and tennis, and a 1/2 basketball court. They have a lovely pool and spa. It was a very relaxing holiday.

Loved our unit 1019 close to carpark and easy walk to the club house. Four great pools and shade. The Wednesday dinner was very enjoyable keep up that feature. We will return next time as we live in Northeastern Victoria.

The site is fantastic. It is picturesque, well maintained and a credit to the owners. On the other hand, the facilities are dated and in need of a major upgrade. For example, the games room equipment was either out of order or of pore quality.
