So beautiful and so great, the breakfast is really wow. Location perfect, close to the see and close to the Olympic Park. Al walkable. Also a privet beach that is perfect. We have a new memory that we will cherish for a long time Super Staff!!!

I could experience smart staff, nice view, clean room, enough amenities, good location, warm swimming pool, convenient service. During the peak season, the cost-effectiveness is not good, and soundproofing facilities need to be supplemented.

Our stay was excellent except of check in. Property needs to add to their check in process/requirements that all citizens of Russia have to have their domestic Russian passport for check in. I never have it with me and use Russian travel passport when traveling, which I have no problems booking domestic flights with, however the property did not accept it for checking in. This was a huge inconvenience and all guests need to be informed about this requirement prior to their stay!
Other than that everything was great - clean spacious rooms, great spa facilities, nice view and walking distance to many sights.

Too much noises and room not enough good. Moreover the beach was closed during our stay (26-29 may) BUT there was NOT any info about this during the booking process! They gave us the room on the swimming pool where there were, during the day, the acqua gym activiteis wiyth loud music. The sam probelms of loudness were during the late evening duirng the "kid" activities. The hotel was NOT full booked so i didn't understand why they didn't give us the room on the other side of the hotel which was much much more quite!

На сайте Рэддисон до сих пор можно забронировать отель. Что собственно я и сделала, так как этот отель выскакивает в первую очередь, если собираешься найти отель в Сочи на сайте Рэддисон. При этом отель им уже не принадлежит. Бронь моя до сих пор активная. Всё жду, когда мне напишут письмо с извинениями. Про то что отель им не принадлежит узнала совершенно случайно.

Отель ужасный, еда отвратительная, выбора нет вообще, обшарпанные номера, везде грязь, и на ресепшене, и в номерах, пляжные полотенца в дырках все, никакой анимации, отель расположен так, что в 16-00 солнца вы больше не увидите, пляж весь в тени, вечером заняться нечем, везде темнота, ничего не подсвечивается. Персонал старается, но явно менеджмент отеля не дотягивает, это не 5 звезд, максимум 3 с натяжкой

Так как проходят постоянные конференции отель больше тусовочный со всеми вытекающими! Мы приехали с ребенком отдохнуть но комнаты смежные и соседями оказалась молодежь которая всю ночь тупила и пела песни ребенок наш не спал и мы с ним! Спустились в 6 утра с просьбой поменять номер ,сказали номеров нет прийдите после 9 ,пришли девушка менеджер очень грубая сказала в три пришли в три говорит в 5 прийдите вообщем нервы потрепала и после требований вернуть деньги переселили нас соседей слышно было но тише! Вообще звукоизоляции ни какой вы спите под гул машин и мотоциклов! Сам номер большой и оснащен всем необходимым ,бассейны тоже отличные но заход в море сплошные булыжники! Проблема отеля персонал он везде грубый как на подборе детской комнате висит расписание но ни какие мастер классы не проводят нет анимации ни какой в наше время заезда сказали детей мало и подстраиваемся под них, это в основном мультики по тв, что парень что девушка без улыбок без здрасти ! Питание ; для 5 звезд ни какое у официантов что не спроси ни чего не знают, заболел ребенок попросили еду в номер на входе разрешили типа наберите и оставьте в номер принесут официантка услышав раскричалась у нас нельзя выносить еду побежала разбираться ,мы вызвали скорую у ребенка 39 температура и из-за тарелки блинов так возмущаться?Но еду приносили разобрались.Скорую вызвал мужчина на ресепшн за что спасибо единственный доброжелательный все же нашелся!

На данный момент находимся в отеле с ребёнком все бы ни чего но звукоизоляции нет мало того что гул мотоцикл всю ночь ещё и соседи попались кричат до часу, ночи и встают в 5 утра орут ещё громче мест для переселить нет вот и мучаемся ребёнок встал в 5 утра
