Hi Steven,
On the night of July 12 July, I put an order for a single bedroom apartment in your hotel for my coming travel in Australia in Aug. 13, but unfortunately forget to change the default date of July 13 to Aug. 13 by mistake.
The next day when I received a phone call from your hotel, I explained to him the detail and asked for cancellation of the order or adjustion of the date of the reservation to Aug. 13.
But at last, your part refused to cancel or change the order even the agent Ctrip negotiated with you several times.
I paid the whole money without even shown up in the hotel.
I was really disappointed about the experience and hope for a more reasonable explanation of it.
