What a Holiday and where do I start. The hotel is 5 Stars for a reason, it’s the best hotel I have ever been to and they have literally covered all basis to ensure their customers stay is a memorable one. The staff were excellent and the rooms amazing. Each floor is well thought of and the hotel caters for all whether a family with kids or adults alone. It has its own water park with amazing slides and its own adult only area for a more natural experience, if you know what I mean. Each floor has pools and bars with food served. The entertainment team for kids were absolutely fabulous and special mention to Gabriel whom all the kids loved. All staff from the cleaners all the way to reception go the extra mile above and beyond their duties to ensure each customer has a pleasant stay and brilliant experience. I can’t wait to revisit Tenerife and will without a shadow of doubt return to the GF Victoria.

We booked 8nights all inclusive stay in May at the GF Victoria and we’ve had the best family holiday. We stayed in a Senior suite and it couldn’t have been more comfortable, offering us a great luxury when we retrieved back after a busy day at the pools or a beach. Our 4year daughter loved the mini club and asked to go everyday as they did different themes each day. The waterpark was perfect for a child her age and offered endless fun. Hotel also had a family pool with gradual descend and adults only swimming pool. At breakfast and dinner, there was a huge variety an of food, fruit and drinks. Dinner time is a more formal and has a smart casual dress code (no flip flops etc.) in the evenings there was a great entertainment starting with the smallest ones and there was a show for adults too. Staff were very friendly and tentative. We’ve had the best time at GF Victoria and would definitely recommend to couples or families with children of all ages.

This has got to be one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, there was such a sense of luxury and well being at the hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were of an excellent standard and very spacious and kept clean at all times. The water and chocolates each evening was a treat, along with the bag, slippers and flip flops! Our granddaughter, age 5, was with us and the children's section at dinner time was great with loads of choice. The entertainment in the evening was of a high standard and although our room was opposite this area, everything was over by 10.15pm. The pools were kept spotless and there was never an issue in getting a sun bed. The beaches were within walking distance with plenty of coffee shops en route. We will not hesitate to return to this fantastic hotel in the future.

Our 2nd time at this hotel & would definitely return! We did choose to change our stay to the week after it was meant to be due to receiving an email 2 weeks before arriving saying the kids splash pool would be closed for the whole duration of our holiday. Luckily my boyfriend could change his annual leave as the splash pool was the main reason for returning for our 3 year old daughter. However saying that when arriving everything was perfect! I emailed the hotel prior to coming asking for the same room we had last year & we got the room next to it which we were delighted with! Cleaned every morning with fresh towels & clean bed sheets when you wanted. Breakfast has so much choice. Dinner does too to be honest, & it’s mixed up every evening slightly so always something new to try. Just to be aware of its long trousers only for men to dinner no shorts. Kids entertainment was fab, always something going on during the day & the mini disco every evening which our daughter loved. There is also a kids club but no comments on that as we didn’t use it. While we were there, there was also a foam party, music show, dancers & a Disney show. Also just to mention we requested bed guards for our daughter to have on the sofa bed & also a toilet seat and step for her which were provided at no extra cost! Little supermarket in the mall on bottom floor opposite the hotel for all the holiday snacks and essentials. Also nice places for lunch in there too! Beach short walk away and also restaurants not far either. Swim towels also available at the pool every day so you can change it whenever you wish. Perfect holiday for families, everyone was so lovely :)

Amazing hotel, best we’ve ever stayed in as a family! Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, friendly staff & no issue getting a sunbed even at lunchtime. Fabulous for kids of all ages, brilliant animation team. Great location near to duke shops, lots of restaurants & nice beach at el duque beach. Roof top bar, spa area & surf pool brilliant! Slide pool great for kids. Senior suite which is their basic room sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms

The Gf Victoria is a lovely hotel in the middle of plaza del duque, with beaches only 5-10 mins walk. The hotel is wast and wants to accommodate everything and everyone unfortunately doesn't always manage to do so. The people working in the hotel are first class and are deeply dedicated to their guests helping them in every way possible. The rooms are spacious and some enjoy lovely views. The restaurant offers topical food with local fresh produce. Although you won't see high ticket products like lobster or king prawns the fish they offer is fresh and of a good level. For CELIACS they go over and above cooking on the spot the same available food to avoid cross contamination, labels are also there but people will always happy to help. My only complaint is that, as many 5* (with the exception of Iberostar) they do not provide guesses with water and the bottles available at the bar and restaurants are small and pricey. The hotel clearly caters for families with few oddity like a naturalist terrace (for our DK friends), 18 and over pool and area in the restaurant. The clubs are great although not clearly promoted during the day, plenty of pool sun-beds and not possible to reserve it in the morning (Sorry Brits and German guys!) an attendant will remove the hotel provided towels if left there during the day. All in all an enjoyable experience made possible by a lovely team spanning from housekeepers to life guards, entertainers and waitress.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel we stayed same time last year. This time we had one room with 2 children 11&9 I would have given it 5 stars like last year but there was an issue with a supplement for an extra child which I thought was expensive so I’ve knocked it down a star. All staff are still attentive, service is good rooms are excellent with big balconies we overlooked the pool this time on floor 4 and could see the sea. There were 3 other families staying at the same time from our last year recommendation and we were all given rooms next to each other which was a nice touch form the hotel as it was fully booked. Facilities are good except the gym which is far too small for a hotel this size and level. They have padel courts a Tennis court and squash courts and the little water park and surf machine on the top floor. Breakfast is great never seems crowded. The pools open at 9.30 and there were people queuing at 9.20 to get a bed. We always got a bed though so no need to queue and rush in like ants! All in all a good holiday. We Would stay again if we got a good deal.
