This hotel's location was convenient. My room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Staff is not helpful or friendly. They had breakfast shut down for ”Covid” which is a lame excuse. I've stayed at several Choice hotels over the last month and all had breakfast. The elevator needs paint. It looks like an old NYC tenement elevator on the outside. On the inside, it is in need of a paint job.

The location itself was so nice. Everything was near by where we can go get a bite to eat. There was even bars there and the locate. It was so beautifully clean and smelled nice. The food was fresh. The service was great. We checked in with ease we checked out with ease definitely would stay there again..

La mia futura nonna frequenta il college a Arlington e fu gettata in un musical. Mia figlia, mia nonna e io ho avuto biglietti per andare a vedere il suo spettacolo al teatro di Farmers Branch. Non essere familiare con la zona che mi sono basata sulle recensioni e ho trovato questo posto online. È stato un grande risultato! Era molto vicino al teatro e in una zona tranquilla ma vicino a tutto allo stesso tempo. Il colazione è stato il migliore che abbia mai avuto in un hotel da molto tempo. Ha avuto una grande varietà e tutto era caldo e fresco. Internet ha funzionato bene anche. Camera tranquilla con letti comodi. Sarebbe sicuramente restare qui quando nella zona di nuovo.

I came for a medical training at Acumed. I was robbed at the hotel room 324 during the day 16th and/or morning 17th on the day 15th at night, I keep my wallet inside my laptop bag pack, with my passport and other documents, because I didn't want to take it with me. My bag pack never go outside of the room hotel. My wallet never go out from my bag pack since night 15th, I keep all my stuff including my wallet inside my bag pack. All My documents passport, and other cards was inside, Just my wallet were missing. My wallet was taken from inside my bag pack. Another issue is, today 17th August 2024. I left my iPhone charger and wire, connected at the bathroom ( I charged my phone this morning), when I came back to the room, won't be there. After check out 1.5 hours later room has already cleaned for the service people. There is no reason not to report it or gave me back my phone charger The front desk man told that he has no reports of my iPhone charger and wire. Definitely has to be reported so that phone charger was also robbed, and no reports about it, no forgiven stuff. I have no answer from manager yet. They told me call back on Monday. I would like to have it back my wallet and my money around $5000 US dollars and also my phone charger. I have no, any doubts, that I was robbed at my room 324 Hilton hotel. That happens during the day 16th and 17th after I did my check out they didn't have me back my phone charger, front desk man just said they didn't found anything.

In generale l'hotel era bello. Belle camere pulite di dimensioni. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La parte inferiore era la riparazione dell'ascensore, lasciando un ascensore funzionante. Ma i nuovi ascensori sembrano grandi! La mia principale denuncia era la mancanza di scelte nel loro bar/restaurante. Ho già soggiornato nella stessa linea dell'hotel, e sono stati ben memorizzati e offrono molte selezioni di cibo e bar. Ci era un vino da scegliere. Un altro ospite ha cercato di ordinare una birra, solo per essere fuori di tutte le sue selezioni. Una volta che le fu dato una birra, era vecchia e doveva restituirla e scegliere un'altra marca. La cosa buona era che l'hotel si trova direttamente dietro un ristorante italiano incredibile... quindi la notte due era molto meglio!

Non appena siamo arrivati all'hotel, Clayton ci ha accolti con un'ottima atteggiamento e un sorriso, ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha trattato con gentilezza, io sicuramente consiglio questo hotel e voglio ringraziare Clayton per il suo buon servizio e essere così gentile con me. e la mia famiglia.
