Aurora was so welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable. We enjoy staying at this specific location. There are many food and shopping options around. The room was very clean and it had a quiet ambiance. We're definitely going to keep coming back.

The property was clean and safe. My sheets had a spot that looked like something had been smashed into it. I requested new sheets and comforter before going to bed, but never received either. I had to sleep curled up on the opposite side of the stain, on the edge of the bed. I literally got into my room at 11p and checked out at 6a. The front desk never asked about my stay.

Did not get housekeeping services during stay and so had to run down coffee and bathroom accessories. Conveniently located with many adjacent restaurants etc. And quiet area. Upcharge for continental bfast and further upcharge for menu order.

Nice hotel. Only issue was room was advertised as having a jetted tub. It did not have a jetted tub.

The bed were so comfortable

We booked for the jetted tub but wish we would've opted for somewhere nicer. Also continental breakfast was $8.95, which consisted of oatmeal,fruit and juice. Made to order breakfast was available at an additional cost. Overall an "OK" hotel but couldve done better with the price we paid.

Great stay in a convenient area

We liked the fact that the hotel was very quiet. The room was extremely clean and staff was very courteous!!

Nice hotel 20 minutes from downtown Dallas a lot of restaurants around the hotel, I recommend the room with the jacuzzi tub that was a relaxing way to cap off my trip. Pet friendly A++ stayed with my two female labs, there’s a little field behind the hotel for bigger fur babies to run around and burn off some energy. Comfy bed and pillows. A continental breakfast is served till 11am each day and a nice later checkout 12pm. Overall great stay in Addison would stay again and 10/10 would recommend for a simple quick get away.

Called the hotel before booking a room for my daughters and their friends. Explained all guests were at least 18 years old, I would pay for the rooms but would not attend, asked if this would be a problem and was told it was not a problem, I would just need to sign a credit card authorization. My girls arrived and were told they had to be 21 to have a room. I spoke with the manager, he seemed pleased to not offer any help and was unpleasant toward my daughters. Hilton Garden Inn was awful, thankfully ********** was everything the hotel manager should have been. ********** was positive, worked with me to find a solution, and helped us quickly. I was a repeat customer to Hilton Garden Inn, no longer. I am and remain a repeat customer to **********
