Hotel in zona Yeka Park የካ ጫካ, Addis Abeba

Ho soggiornato qui per quasi un mese. L'esperienza della prima settimana è stata sfortunata perché ho dovuto fare la quarantena per 7 giorni e la stanza era scomoda. Non era affatto pulito come avrebbe potuto essere. La finestra non aveva luce, il che rendeva molto difficile lavorare online, soprattutto quando si hanno riunioni e riunioni video quotidiane. La stanza era molto molto fredda e senza riscaldamento. Neanche alcune delle lampade funzionavano, l'illuminazione poteva essere migliorata. Dopo la quarantena, sono stata trasferita in una stanza molto migliore e più pulita, che mi ha permesso di lavorare online con una buona luce naturale e servizi nella stanza. Nel complesso il personale è stato cordiale, ho potuto vedere gli chef cucinare con misure igieniche e tutti praticavano l'igiene alimentare, lavarsi le mani ecc. Suggerimenti: qualcuno mi ha chiamato a mezzanotte durante i miei primi 7 giorni per dire che il bucato era pronto. Mi ha spaventato perché il tempismo è inaccettabile per chiamare un ospite in quel momento. Forse dovrebbe esserci una formazione migliore. Una volta volevo bere qualcosa al ristorante/bar e il cameriere mi ha detto che dovevo bere in camera mia. Più tardi ho visto altre persone bere al bar. Dovrebbero comunicare tra loro o con il manager per vedere cosa è consentito o meno. Il personale dovrebbe comunicare di più tra loro per una migliore comprensione in modo da poter informare i clienti sulla stessa cosa e non in modo diverso. Il personale dovrebbe capire che a volte se il cliente si sente angosciato, è necessario riconoscerlo e non scusarlo. Forse a causa di COVID il resto dei servizi dell'hotel è stato chiuso perché mi è stato detto che il bar al 9 ° piano è chiuso, non c'è spa, la gioielleria e il negozio di articoli da regalo erano chiusi, la palestra non era accessibile. La posizione è in una posizione perfetta a Bole, vicino a ristoranti e caffè. C'è il caffè Infiniti proprio accanto all'hotel, il che è fantastico. Nel complesso, penso che il personale sia stato cordiale e disponibile e abbia cercato di aiutare quando poteva. Alcuni membri del personale erano molto gentili e davvero rassicuranti come uno del personale della reception che mi ha aiutato a cambiare nella nuova stanza e mi ha indirizzato al centro commerciale Edna e mi ha aiutato con i trasporti ecc. Alcuni dei camerieri erano davvero cordiali e mi hanno sempre chiesto come Ero e come è stata la mia giornata che è stata dolce e gentile. L'hotel è sicuro e protetto con misure di sicurezza. Anche il manager ha fatto il check-in alcune volte e mi ha portato personalmente all'aeroporto, il che è stato rassicurante e gentile da parte sua. Spero di tornare presto e ci tornerò quando tornerò ad Addis.

L’hotel si trova a pochi minuti dall’aereoporto in una zona della città piena di hotel, ristoranti e negozi, peraltro l’unica decente. Le camere sono comode e dotate di tutti i servizi, la colazione è buona e abbondante e nella hall c’è un bel bar pieno di gente.

Rispetto a molti hotel di quattro e cinque stelle che ho soggiornato a Addis Abeba, io avrei classificato Cassiopeia nella mia lista quando si tratta di conforto, personale più amichevole, e ambiente generale. La stanza era spaziosa, e il letto era comodo. Se c'è qualche problema, chiama il desk front. Ti sorprenderà la velocità che prendono cura delle cose. Soprattutto, la loro polizia è sorprendente. Devo esprimere i miei ringraziamenti speciali al manager, Alaye. E' la persona più umile e amichevole. Il buffet di colazione è anche eccellente. Se preferisci qualcos'altro, di' solo al personale della cucina e saranno felici di riceverlo per te. Il cuoco è un'altra persona fantastica e piacevole, e sempre offre di fare omelete. E quando si dice sì, il suo viso brilla con felicità. Nota che non c'è piscina o spa. C'è un piccolo giardino di ginnastica sul sesto piano, con macchine ben pianificate, e l'ho usato quasi ogni giorno. Grazie a tutti per avermi reso confortevole e memorabile.

第一次到埃塞，很幸運的選擇了這家華人酒店，老闆很熱情，在到埃塞前就拉了一個羣，機場碰到問題可以有當地翻譯協助。到埃塞接送機 ，換錢一步到位，酒店對面就能辦電話卡非常方便。接機還收到了翻譯小姐姐的鮮花💐 酒店的自助式中餐也很實惠，每天會變化不同的菜式。

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Great place, lovely staff. Very helpful, friendly and super sweet. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The bar at the ground floor has a great selection of food and drinks. The gym has sufficient materials. I wish there was more outside area, but that is just the nature of Addis Ababa. Next time staying here again.

Exceptional overall, I was very pleased! From check in to check out everything was great. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The only person not as friendly was the lady in the gift shop, but she was not rude in any way, just not as helpful or cheerful as everyone else. The chef in the breakfast restaurant was so knowledgeable and friendly and food was superb!

Mahlet Gezahegn, the front desk representative, deserves commendation from management. I forgot to request a rollaway bed, and although the situation was quite complicated, she went above and beyond to turn my stress into a happy smile. It's people like Mahlet who leave a lasting impression. I will share this story with numerous other travelers, as her exceptional assistance deserves to be rewarded and celebrated. Having stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties, her service stands out in my memory. I will always choose this hotel whenever I'm in Ethiopia. Thank you, Marriott, and thank you, Mahlet! This hotel is the nicest in the area and its a one-step shop and you will be happy to have stayed here. All of staff is amazing and have friendly smiles. But what Mahlet did stood out. And also, a young gentleman by the name King from the executive lounge - deserves to be commended too. You can tell he enjoys what he does and wants happy guest. So please acknowledge them both!!!

I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.
