Hotel in zona Omax, Addis Abeba

L'hotel discrimina i bianchi. I dipendenti comunicano duro e irresponsabile. - il trasferimento dall'aeroporto non è stato fornito, anche se io li ho scritto nelle osservazioni alla prenotazione, sul sito, per posta elettronica, sul numero di telefono WhatsApp fornito. Non mi hanno incontrato, ho preso un taxi a mia spese e hanno semplicemente detto “Mi dispiace. ” - chiedono solo il pagamento in dollari e vogliono cambiare birr, sotto il pretesto di ”abbiamo un tasso di cambio ufficiale”. Ma sotto il pretesto di ”abbiamo birr al tasso ufficiale”, rifiutano di farlo ai bianchi. Uno dei dipendenti ha detto: “Dovresti pagare in dollari e cambiare birra per aiutare il nostro paese”. - Non c'era acqua calda nella stanza, hanno cercato di ripararla per un'ora prima di trasferirmi in un'altra stanza. Ho passato mezza giornata ad aspettare. - cazzo. - l'acqua si sfugge dal doccia - ho chiesto un trasferimento all'aeroporto, perché non mi hanno incontrato, hanno detto: ”Mi dispiace, il trasferimento è solo per i voli internazionali. Mi dispiace ancora una volta che non ti abbiamo incontrato. - Ho pagato per l’ultimo giorno, ma dal momento che il volo è stato ritardato, non ho fermato. Hanno rifiutato di restituire i soldi, perché “tutto è già nel sistema”, ma hanno anche rifiutato di fornire una ricevuta! Blatant lie, tutto va nella tua tasca! Almeno dammi un ricevimento e paghi le tasse! O per una buona relazione, puoi restituire i soldi!Ragazzi, mi dispiace lasciare una cattiva recensione.

I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.

Very nice place. Very homely people and the staff is really good and very cooperative for foreigners, especially I would like to recommend the service by David David bar supervisor- the bar supervisor and Teddy, okay. Miki is very good person in serving the best cocktails in the world. I enjoyed, and I had a great time as they made me feel at home.

Rispetto a molti hotel di quattro e cinque stelle che ho soggiornato a Addis Abeba, io avrei classificato Cassiopeia nella mia lista quando si tratta di conforto, personale più amichevole, e ambiente generale. La stanza era spaziosa, e il letto era comodo. Se c'è qualche problema, chiama il desk front. Ti sorprenderà la velocità che prendono cura delle cose. Soprattutto, la loro polizia è sorprendente. Devo esprimere i miei ringraziamenti speciali al manager, Alaye. E' la persona più umile e amichevole. Il buffet di colazione è anche eccellente. Se preferisci qualcos'altro, di' solo al personale della cucina e saranno felici di riceverlo per te. Il cuoco è un'altra persona fantastica e piacevole, e sempre offre di fare omelete. E quando si dice sì, il suo viso brilla con felicità. Nota che non c'è piscina o spa. C'è un piccolo giardino di ginnastica sul sesto piano, con macchine ben pianificate, e l'ho usato quasi ogni giorno. Grazie a tutti per avermi reso confortevole e memorabile.

A good place for holidays and anyone who wants to enjoy the picnic of that place

第一次到埃塞，很幸運的選擇了這家華人酒店，老闆很熱情，在到埃塞前就拉了一個羣，機場碰到問題可以有當地翻譯協助。到埃塞接送機 ，換錢一步到位，酒店對面就能辦電話卡非常方便。接機還收到了翻譯小姐姐的鮮花💐 酒店的自助式中餐也很實惠，每天會變化不同的菜式。

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Amazing stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms was always clean. The staff at the hotel was always happy and tried to help us with everything we asked for. The food at the hotel was really good. We also got suprised that the hotel had a spa. The spa was good and could be used for free in the morning.

The standard of hotel is like a five-star-hotel, but the price is not like this. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of comfort for a suitable price, you will find it here. All kind of service is available, staff is very friendly and engaged to deliver service. The location is not at much far from center. In the surroundings you find all kind of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. But no need to go, all this you will find inside of hotel. Of cause, I will come again.
