В отеле есть водное такси, время работы не удобное и как оказалось, капитан сам принимает решение плыть ему или нет. Хотели из Марины Мармариса вернуться в отель, но капитан решил отменить рейс.

We stayed at Cooks Club Adakoy from 4th–11th August for our honeymoon (we’re a 31-year-old newlywed couple). While there were some genuinely great aspects of our stay, there were also several disappointing points that stopped this from feeling like the 5-star experience we expected. Room: The “boho” style room was very basic to the point of feeling sparse – no tea or coffee facilities, no wardrobe, cupboard, or drawers. The bare concrete walls gave it a prison-like feel. The balcony was tiny, making it uncomfortable for two people, and drying clothes often meant hitting your head. Our view overlooked a decommissioned tennis court, which wasn’t exactly picturesque. Other issues included: TV too small, too far away, and with no smart functionality Shower water temperature inconsistent and rarely properly hot Room was dusty daily No iron No conditioner provided Main light bulb wouldn’t fully turn off, and the outside light didn’t work Food & Drink: The food was outstanding – easily 5/5. Everything was freshly prepared, with daily options including pasta, chicken, fish, and pizza. The hotel could easily operate as a standalone restaurant based on food quality alone. On the drinks side, the all-inclusive included branded spirits (Bells, Smirnoff, local beer) but surprisingly no cocktails. We ordered a single mojito one night and were charged €15, which felt excessive given the individual components were included in the all-inclusive. Guests are given a wristband with an NFC tag for cashless payments, but this was never used. Staff simply asked for our room number for any extras, making the wristband seem pointless. Facilities & Activities: The evening music was loud enough to be heard in our room until late. Beds were comfortable, and extra pillows arrived within minutes of requesting them – excellent service there. The boat to Marmaris was irregular, at inconvenient times, cost €10 per person, and was cash-only – problematic as there’s no ATM nearby. Uber was around €15 but not always available; taxis back from Marmaris were no problem. Hotel activities were advertised on social media but not communicated in person. We would have liked to join in but never knew how or where to book. The spa was significantly more expensive than equivalent treatments in Marmaris (5–10x more, including transfers). The gym was basic, with dumbbells up to 25kg suitable for general workouts. However, the barbell and plates were locked away the entire stay, which seemed odd for a fitness-focused resort. The free yoga sessions were a highlight. Environment: Mosquitoes were a major issue in the evenings, particularly around the bar. Citronella candles or other deterrents would have been a welcome solution. Although the hotel is advertised as 16+, we expected a peaceful adults-only environment. In reality, there were groups of younger guests (16–20) being loud, playing ball games, and roughhousing in the pool, which disrupted the relaxing atmosphere on some
