Coconut Grove Regency Hotel

The Coconut Grove Regency Hotel is outstanding and the first place I’ve stayed in Ghana where I feel that I’m at home. I love it here and I want us African-Americans and my brother Africans to come together and control the whole the hotel industry in Ghana just like the East Indians do in America. Everything we do as Africans always surpasses everyone else on this earth. We are the greatest people on earth and if we continue to work together as brothers and sisters in our own homeland, we will show the world and make the world a better place for everyone. But we must work together again. The staff at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel are excellent with the kindness and their ability to serve.I think this is my review,if we unite and open hotels together we can make sure they have better pay so they can have better families and everybody can get better educated and I plan to do my part and if each one of us here trying to do theirs we can accomplish this goal notice as long, but so as our existence on earth has been long, but we haven’t been rewarded for it so I’m gonna end with that and say peace and love.

This is a very pleasant hotel with great staff. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is very good and the pool is a welcome means of cooling down at the end of the day. The hotel does fall a bit short by international standards but the good points make up for it.

The small pillow was terrible ,the food was spicy (jollof),the staffs were not all friendly to me ,the food was so small for breakfast,lunch and even dinner I did enjoyed my stay but the kitchen should improve more on their cooking and serving skills

Very good experience. Welcoming people with great smiles.. I will surely come back again sometimes in the near future... glad to have stayed in this wonderful hotel... very good service... especially the housekeeping department... they were so helpful

The hotel has construction ongoing in August 2024. This means that the outdoor section of the restaurant is caked in dust and the swimming pool is unusable, which may explain the lack of guests. Had to change rooms twice as the main light wasn’t working in the first one and the air con unit was leaking in the second. The rooms are in a rather decrepit state. I was booked here by my travel operator Uprise Travel and have informed them of the situation at this property.

Unfair paiment, double allocation on credit card. Despite the evidence and ( false) kind service of the hotel the money have never refund. The service , in general , is normal but the price too high . Credit card does not work often and final consequences are the described ones.
