This is a total waste of money. Total scam. What you see on the internet is not what’s actually there. The room pictures on their standard single room is fake. Don’t waste your money on this scam.

Excellent location, comfortable and modern, perfect for staying overnight before catching a flight the next day. Neighbourhood was quiet and looks safe. Facilities and breakfast were nice too. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay there again next time I visit this beautiful country.

It is my first morning here and the breakfast experience is completely worth it!! The food and drink tastes amazing and the staff are very warm and efficient. The juice tastes freshly made. I enjoyed the meal. And I totally recommend a visit.

Oveall a very good property. location: near to airport property pros: full of greenery, pool, neat & clean room. Restaurant: Although I am vegeterian so struggled with the food bit otherwise plenty of option are available for Non-Veg. They are making Veg Indian food available on request.

Dear Management Team at The Cabin, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had reserved and fully paid for a suite with a king-sized bed two weeks in advance of my arrival. However, upon checking in, I was given a 1-bedroom apartment with a small double bed – a stark difference from what I had been promised and paid for. This substitution was both unexpected and completely unacceptable. What compounded this issue further was the lack of effort or willingness from your management team to rectify the situation. Despite the clear mistake on the hotel’s part, the management refused to even come to the front desk to address the issue directly. Instead, your receptionist was left to apologize on your behalf, which unfairly placed the burden of the mistake on someone who clearly had no power to correct it. This is a glaring example of poor customer service, where your management team could have taken responsibility and demonstrated that guest satisfaction is a priority at your hotel. Not only did I not receive what I paid for, but I was also given no form of compensation or apology for the inconvenience caused. A simple gesture like a fruit basket or an acknowledgment from the management could have helped mitigate the negative experience, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. This experience reflects a serious failure in both communication and customer service. I would not recommend The Cabin to anyone who expects to receive what they have paid for and to be treated with respect as a guest. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements in how you handle similar situations in the future. The Cabin Hotel is situated at a great location. It has a clean and a serene environment. The place is serviced by very courteous staff. The Canin Hotel offers a Hotel shuttle from the Airport. Worth the bucks! I am glad I had my 1 week short stay at The Cabin Hotel.
